Staff Screenings have been emailed out, scheduled on the LMS and blocked on the Google Calendar. - LH

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built and scheduled the Sunday version of Tropic Thunder with the intro slide, added the intro timing to the cue sheet. -AL

Also converted/ingested the intro slide for They Live. No playlist yet as we're waiting for the KGO John Carpenter teaser which will play before the intro. We should have this by Tuesday. -AL

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: The spots remote for T4 needed a new battery, it's working properly now. I ordered more batteries since we're almost out. They're the flat circular ones, CR2025. -AL

Caught up with the folks helping to organize the Gotham Shorts & gave a detailed account of what's missing/what needs to be reuploaded for each program but, all in all, we're pretty ahead of the game. - LH

Tech'd Higher Learning and double checked the playlist w/Bones trailer (which was a little too loud at 4.0, so I brought it down to 3.7). The mic is ready to go in there! - L  

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Mars DCP should be getting sent to Alec, but the distributer confirmed that it's been sent, so I can download this tomorrow with Alec forwarding it. - L

Received the updated files for the Downton Abbey preshow 25min/5min. Ingested these. - L

Ingested Macgruber DCP and Ingested Thief of Joy for the comedy show next week, which Desmond might want to take a look at this evening, between rounds, so I ingested it to T2. - L

Received the print of They Live, which I brought down to T1.  - L

Stolen Kingdom DCP should be ready to ingest tonight. The video file we've been having issues with is downloading via Cyberduck to the Stolen kingdom folder in the preshows trailer drive, then you can ingest. Keep an eye on it, please and thank you! - L

Outgoing/Shipping (content):

Print/video Inspection: Looked at Triplets of Bellville with Desmond. Ready to go! -AL

Also checked the remade Nuevo Rico DCP, which looks/sounds good. Added the volume cue to the playlist for tomorrow night. -AL

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning: Ordered a new wheel for the 4/6 desk chair. This will be easy to fix. -AL

I will be changing the lamp in T4 tomorrow morning as it's ready to get on out of there. - LH
