To do this evening/ was completed: An upgrade to our wi-fi is underway... I showed Ryan from the internet company (Skywire) how we'd like it set up on the roof. He took several photos and is putting a proposal together. This should be completed at some point this fall, I will keep everyone updated. -A

Ordering/Receiving (content): We received more download links for NewFest features. I am currently downloading The Serpent's Skin to the preshow/trailers drive. Please unzip (if you have to) and ingest once it's finished downloading. You can also start to download the other two available, which are Queerpanorama and Same, Again. Please remember to update the spreadsheet. Thanks! - Lillian

Downloaded and DCP'd the Gotham Impact video (basically a trailer - see the ROS). This has been ingested. We can now build the playlists for each show and PLEASE reference the tech sheet when building the playlists! Thank you! - Lillian 

Outgoing/Shipping (content):

Print/video Inspection: Sent a load of shorts to T1 for our first NewFest tech this morning. We managed to get through nearly three programs! We have a bit more to go, including the features, but everything's looking good so far, only two benign notes for two of the shorts, one of which we already have sorted for the next time we tech. The master spreadsheet has been updated with ratio/volume information. When we build playlists, we will go by the spreadsheet and not just what we see in the CPL! - Lillian 
Additionally, I sent the NF features we have on the LMS to their respective screening rooms. See notes in Ordering/Receiving for feature updates. - Lillian 

Looked at the KPop Demon Hunters DCP I made for the forthcoming private event in T2. It looks good. Ready for when we get date/theater confirmation. -A

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Received tracking for SOF and Scooby Doo - Lil

Maintenance/cleaning: Ran loops for Day of the Dead tonight. Double check focus once you get everything going. Also, friendly reminder to make sure the 1.85 lens is lined up properly. - Lillian

To do this evening/ was completed: Scheduled 1/3 - 1/9 in LMS. A few manual starts in there. I scheduled those shows just a minute or two after their real start time to get the content transferred, just FYI. Started building the cue sheets as well. Got the first three days done. NPP Projection Admin (Lillian/Will) 7/7

To do this evening/ was completed: Leon Chase for Hank's Saloon came by to tech his film today. He's super happy with the outcome of his DCP and is really, really excited about the screening.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Buena Vista Social Club is just about sorted for this evening -the hosts did not respond to our request for a good quality video of the Tony Awards performance that we could download, so I found it on YouTube and let them know. I made a DCP, which will likely sound good between 3.5 - 4.5, but we'll have 15min to tech it before we open doors for the show!  Superman playlists built - I swapped out the atmos file that was first ingested and got the regular 7.1 in there! Projection Admin 9/8 Lillian/Will

To do this evening/ was completed: Double confirmed with Chris and folks that the print of Vicious Lips is, in fact, Vampire Lovers. They are in the process of sending Cyborg. I took the Vicious Lips trailer out of the playlists that had them, which we'll replace with Cyborg once it's available.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the playlist for Higher Learning .  Trailer Updates: ^ as per the above, we'll be getting the Cyborg trailer and updated version of the Forecast_A for 9/12 sometime tonight.  Special Events/ AV set up: We got the PA system with wireless mics setup for the show tonight in T2. I went through all the pieces of content for the drag performance(s) and confirmed sound/adjusted a few levels for the music, some of which were way too loud. I double checked/techd the lighting cues and wrote the info into the event memo for easy access (not everything seems to be accurate on the sheet, which I will update on Wednesday).
