Projection Admin 9/25 Lillian

To do this evening/ was completed: Fire alarm went off this morning, in strange waves, too. It would turn off and then on again in different areas, which might've contributed to the bizarre thing in T2 (which I believe has happened before but maybe no in that theatre. All theatres were reset, but the nature of the fire alarm lasting so long might've corrupted the reset somehow. I did, however, send a follow up email to DMS in the thread for T6, adding in a strange situation we had in T2 today. The first round in T2 only pulled up the feature so I turned it off immediately (no one had shown up yet) and let MOD to hold off on seating for a few minutes. I was able to pull up the playlist manually and everything was fine after that. This could be a strange one off, (and/or due to the fire alarm), or an IMS/Screenwriter issue, but either way, I'll have Will pull a report in between rounds just in case, as well as hit "fire alarm clear" on the quick controls again for posterity since the fire alarm went off in strange installments. It did not interrupt the staff screening. Gregg let me know they're discussing these matters. 

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Looked at OBAA and Gabby's Dollhouse. I settled on 5.3 for One Battle after looking at it in different rooms. Please monitor this throughout the evening and feel free to adjust depending on the crowd! Thanks! Preshow has been techd an the PTA preshow component has has its volume level every so slightly adjusted. 

DEBS keys open up tomorrow so we can take a look then. 

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: I am DCPing the BluRay of Paid In Full, in T1, for the private event on the 29th. Should be done by the morning.

Ordering/Receiving (content): NOTE - Please remember to keep an eye on NF content if we mention it. We are now mostly waiting on trailers/ads/slides and the last two features which will likely come via satellite (Deluxe). 

TODAY I have downloaded/ingested these features: The Serpents Skin, Lesbian Space Princess. 

TODAY I currently have the feature Queerpanorama downloading to the preshow/trailers drive. Please unzip if you need to, then ingest to the LMS. 

Also downloading via Cyberduck is the feature Same, Again

When LOTR and DEBs are done this weekend, we can transfer the feature to their respective screening rooms from the LMS.

Downloaded the short Devil's Cabaret for Supernatural on 10/7. We will DCP this. It's downloading to the desktop in 4/6. 

This evening we received the print of Black Dynamite. Brought upstairs. 

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Packaged up, printed out labels and scheduled a pickup for Day of the Dead.

Maintenance/cleaning: Ran loops for Cyborg tonight. Double check focus once you get everything going. 

With the print of Black Dynamite, our new av switch came in this evening, so I'll get the TVs in Trees sorted out tomorrow morning. I emailed house managers so that they're up to date on it and will let them know when we're back up and running. Not going to try to do anything this evening as it would disrupt drink service and no one needs me dangling on a ladder above the soda machine. Ha
