Special Events/ AV set up: Cristina dropped off a case of lavalier mics for Monday's tech/magic show

Touched base with the hosts of The Deuce and went over the run of show for this evening...the pre-show ran 20 minutes behind schedule since the intro/slideshow took way longer to finish despite the hosts telling me it wouldn't last more than ten minutes which, followed by the raffle, pushed the film's start back longer than normal. The screening itself went just fine. Most of the audience left as soon as the credits started so the Q&A happened, albeit sadly. I cleaned the projectors once they'd cooled down, brought the mics back up, and put back all the chairs/neatly stored all the gear used back beneath the curtain. The print is tails out in booth 1 and can be rewound tomorrow.

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Pre-Code Parade authors' book sale standees were delivered and stored behind 3/7 for the upcoming event on 11/11

Ordering/Receiving (content): Halloween (1978) DCP was delivered and ingested locally to theater 2 (an envelope with a return label was mailed with the drive -- please hold onto this until after the screening)

To do this evening/ was completed: Scheduled 1/3 - 1/9 in LMS. A few manual starts in there. I scheduled those shows just a minute or two after their real start time to get the content transferred, just FYI. Started building the cue sheets as well. Got the first three days done. NPP Projection Admin (Lillian/Will) 7/7

To do this evening/ was completed: Leon Chase for Hank's Saloon came by to tech his film today. He's super happy with the outcome of his DCP and is really, really excited about the screening.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Buena Vista Social Club is just about sorted for this evening -the hosts did not respond to our request for a good quality video of the Tony Awards performance that we could download, so I found it on YouTube and let them know. I made a DCP, which will likely sound good between 3.5 - 4.5, but we'll have 15min to tech it before we open doors for the show!  Superman playlists built - I swapped out the atmos file that was first ingested and got the regular 7.1 in there! Projection Admin 9/8 Lillian/Will

To do this evening/ was completed: Double confirmed with Chris and folks that the print of Vicious Lips is, in fact, Vampire Lovers. They are in the process of sending Cyborg. I took the Vicious Lips trailer out of the playlists that had them, which we'll replace with Cyborg once it's available.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the playlist for Higher Learning .  Trailer Updates: ^ as per the above, we'll be getting the Cyborg trailer and updated version of the Forecast_A for 9/12 sometime tonight.  Special Events/ AV set up: We got the PA system with wireless mics setup for the show tonight in T2. I went through all the pieces of content for the drag performance(s) and confirmed sound/adjusted a few levels for the music, some of which were way too loud. I double checked/techd the lighting cues and wrote the info into the event memo for easy access (not everything seems to be accurate on the sheet, which I will update on Wednesday).
