To do this evening/ was completed:

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Scheduled regular SPLs for Depeche Mode: M on 10/30 and 10/31 in theater 3 and adjusted the cue sheets accordingly. Double checked this and adjusted the credits light cue as there was a cleaning cue at the top of the credits in place of the normal pre-show level one. Added generic welcome/feature/policy stingers prior to the feature so the feature will start thirty minutes in. This playlist does not have any trailers

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Raised the volume to the feature to compensate for the bigger crowd but otherwise the Depeche Mode: M screening went smoothly. Intro and Q&A went well. Mics, chairs, and stanchions were returned to storage following the show. Stanchions are back behind the curtain

Set up for trivia at Trees

Innocent Blood went very well, I rewound the print heads out on house reels for reinspection since it's an Academy print. -A

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Bugonia print is plattered. It's on the top deck with the test film on the middle deck below. We can still run the test film (and I encourage everyone to) it will just have to go between the middle and bottom decks. We'll have a test screening (which will double as a staff screening) of Bugonia on Friday. -A

I scheduled those shows just a minute or two after their real start time to get the content transferred, just FYI. Started building the cue sheets as well. Got the first three days done. NPP Projection Admin (Lillian/Will) 7/7

To do this evening/ was completed: Leon Chase for Hank's Saloon came by to tech his film today. He's super happy with the outcome of his DCP and is really, really excited about the screening.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Buena Vista Social Club is just about sorted for this evening -the hosts did not respond to our request for a good quality video of the Tony Awards performance that we could download, so I found it on YouTube and let them know. I made a DCP, which will likely sound good between 3.5 - 4.5, but we'll have 15min to tech it before we open doors for the show!  Superman playlists built - I swapped out the atmos file that was first ingested and got the regular 7.1 in there! Projection Admin 9/8 Lillian/Will

To do this evening/ was completed: Double confirmed with Chris and folks that the print of Vicious Lips is, in fact, Vampire Lovers. They are in the process of sending Cyborg. I took the Vicious Lips trailer out of the playlists that had them, which we'll replace with Cyborg once it's available.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the playlist for Higher Learning .  Trailer Updates: ^ as per the above, we'll be getting the Cyborg trailer and updated version of the Forecast_A for 9/12 sometime tonight.  Special Events/ AV set up: We got the PA system with wireless mics setup for the show tonight in T2. I went through all the pieces of content for the drag performance(s) and confirmed sound/adjusted a few levels for the music, some of which were way too loud. I double checked/techd the lighting cues and wrote the info into the event memo for easy access (not everything seems to be accurate on the sheet, which I will update on Wednesday).
