To do this evening/ was completed:

Presentation Issues: I noticed during my techs this morning that the NewFest show playlists are set to start on the "Digital 4" channel for the pre-show Spotify playlist, however, I only got playback once I switched to the "Non-Sync" channel...future playlists could benefit from being updated with this cue so as to keep us from having to switch channels manually at the top of every program (I've added this cue to the shorts program and feature playlists for tomorrow evening but please double check this is working tomorrow morning)

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Set up and tested mics in theaters 2 and 3 prior to the events (brought an additional mic stand down to theater 3 for the intro/Q&A and took both up to the 4/6 booth after the event + returned all mics to their charging ports)

In Your Face shorts block and Summer's Camera screenings went smoothly (note: keep the audience award QR slide up until otherwise noted/instructed...I made the mistake of trying to get the crowd in 2 to leave sooner so the servers could clean and was asked to put the slide back on screen)

To do this evening/ was completed: Scheduled 1/3 - 1/9 in LMS. A few manual starts in there. I scheduled those shows just a minute or two after their real start time to get the content transferred, just FYI. Started building the cue sheets as well. Got the first three days done. SE screenings went smoothly. NPP Projection Admin (Lillian/Will) 7/7

To do this evening/ was completed: Leon Chase for Hank's Saloon came by to tech his film today. He's super happy with the outcome of his DCP and is really, really excited about the screening.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Buena Vista Social Club is just about sorted for this evening -the hosts did not respond to our request for a good quality video of the Tony Awards performance that we could download, so I found it on YouTube and let them know. I made a DCP, which will likely sound good between 3.5 - 4.5, but we'll have 15min to tech it before we open doors for the show!  Superman playlists built - I swapped out the atmos file that was first ingested and got the regular 7.1 in there! Projection Admin 9/8 Lillian/Will

To do this evening/ was completed: Double confirmed with Chris and folks that the print of Vicious Lips is, in fact, Vampire Lovers. They are in the process of sending Cyborg. I took the Vicious Lips trailer out of the playlists that had them, which we'll replace with Cyborg once it's available.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the playlist for Higher Learning .  Trailer Updates: ^ as per the above, we'll be getting the Cyborg trailer and updated version of the Forecast_A for 9/12 sometime tonight.  Special Events/ AV set up: We got the PA system with wireless mics setup for the show tonight in T2. I went through all the pieces of content for the drag performance(s) and confirmed sound/adjusted a few levels for the music, some of which were way too loud. I double checked/techd the lighting cues and wrote the info into the event memo for easy access (not everything seems to be accurate on the sheet, which I will update on Wednesday).
