To do this evening/ was completed: Looked at Josie before NewFest--both events went smoothly, mics back where they belong. Ditto Trees event.

Looked at Beetlejuice in between rounds--volume and lights up cue all good.

Downloaded/converted/ingested all of the musical numbers for Miss Malice Halloween--curtain call number has the tips slide attached.

NewFest posters taken down, replaced with some Coming Soons. Also put up a Bugonia poster outside.

Per Matthew's request, No Kings up on the 35mm side of the marquee.

Return of the Living Dead still transcoding in T1 but should be done very soon.

Continued downloading SAGG shorts--Feast Serpent and Something Unforgivable ingested to LMS. Sasquatch Room downloading to Share drive.

Handed Judi's thumb drive back over. She said she'll back tomorrow or Monday with new content to ingest.

Built some SEs--both Caspers and Creature from the Black Lagoon.

I scheduled those shows just a minute or two after their real start time to get the content transferred, just FYI. Started building the cue sheets as well. Got the first three days done. NPP Projection Admin (Lillian/Will) 7/7

To do this evening/ was completed: Leon Chase for Hank's Saloon came by to tech his film today. He's super happy with the outcome of his DCP and is really, really excited about the screening.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Buena Vista Social Club is just about sorted for this evening -the hosts did not respond to our request for a good quality video of the Tony Awards performance that we could download, so I found it on YouTube and let them know. I made a DCP, which will likely sound good between 3.5 - 4.5, but we'll have 15min to tech it before we open doors for the show!  Superman playlists built - I swapped out the atmos file that was first ingested and got the regular 7.1 in there! Projection Admin 9/8 Lillian/Will

To do this evening/ was completed: Double confirmed with Chris and folks that the print of Vicious Lips is, in fact, Vampire Lovers. They are in the process of sending Cyborg. I took the Vicious Lips trailer out of the playlists that had them, which we'll replace with Cyborg once it's available.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the playlist for Higher Learning .  Trailer Updates: ^ as per the above, we'll be getting the Cyborg trailer and updated version of the Forecast_A for 9/12 sometime tonight.  Special Events/ AV set up: We got the PA system with wireless mics setup for the show tonight in T2. I went through all the pieces of content for the drag performance(s) and confirmed sound/adjusted a few levels for the music, some of which were way too loud. I double checked/techd the lighting cues and wrote the info into the event memo for easy access (not everything seems to be accurate on the sheet, which I will update on Wednesday).
