Projection Admin 10/20

To do this evening/ was completed: For tomorrow (and see notes below in SE, too!) Friendly reminder that there are two techs on the calendar, one of which is for Imaginationland (private event this weekend) in t3. You can just get the DCP setup for them to watch (masking/lights/volume, etc) and leave them with it until the very end. Please use the DCP with 1017 in the CPL. They didn't provide a new file with a V2 label, so look for the file with 1017 in it! This will cross over into tech with Cristina for 35mm tomorrow, but you guys (Jack and McKegg) can each do one, plus you don't need to stay with the Imaginationland folks tomorrow. Chenelle will be there FYI. She's sent out a calendar invite. 

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Looked at Hellrasier and Demon City (both of which look and sound good). I raised the volume considerably for Hellrasier, now at 7.0. 

Deleted old playlists and content. Please keep building what can get built and we should be receiving the schedule soon!

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: For tomorrow: I built and transferred a playlist called Warriors Q&A (with slide we received today) to T1. Preshow for tomorrow will be from their laptop so be sure to get that setup first thing tomorrow morning. I added the Popcorn track to the event memo. For tomorrow, please setup the wireless mic mixer with the yamaha since they'll want to speak whilst we play the popcorn track. If their preshow has sound, just put them on the Digital 4 preference on the processor. Once they do the intro with the popcorn track, you can switch to Non Sync. Either way, with the usual setup above, you'll be prepped for sound no matter what.

The print of Innocent Blood should reach us by Wednesday morning/afternoon!

Deluxe Portal shows that the Blue Moon DCP has been booked, but that's it. It's Sony, so that tells you all you need to know, really...nevertheless, I will be following up with them Wednesday should we not receive an update soon. We have Springsteen and Frankenstein. Depeche Mode incoming. 

Lots of DCPing/downloading today. The following SAGG shorts have all been downloaded, DCP'd and/or ingested to the server: Painter, Ladybug, Squelch, Kitsch, Death is a Favor, Summon a Gravedigger. I've asked Cristina to check in on Worm for us as that's the last one. I've got Heart Eaze DCPing in 4/6, so it'll just be Worm we're waiting on. 

Downloaded and DCP'd the preshow for the Spook Show on 10/27. This has been ingested. 

Ingested Indiana Jones 3 for one of the private events coming up, and Return of the Living Dead plus Jurassic Park 3 are also currently ingesting for upcoming private events. Once all are ingested, you can build out the playlists. 

Outgoing/Shipping (content): I have April Maxey's Work DCP packaged up on the projection cart. It's getting picked up by FedEx tomorrow. 

Print/video Inspection: Began inspecting The Island of Dr. Moreau in booth 4 -WB

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Spreadsheet for Shock A Go Go has been updated. 

Maintenance/cleaning: gave Gregg a call to check in about the lamps, which have been ordered and should be with us this week. Asked for the invoice and any others we haven't received from them yet. 

Cristina is bringing a lav mic for us tomorrow. Please put on the desk next to main rack in 4/6. This'll be for the spook show. We used lav mics from DMS last time, but we only need one. I'll give this a test on Weds. Going to try to setup a quick Zoom with those folks just so we know what to expect and can cover all corners for tech and MOD purposes. 

I reached out to Chrissy/Rachel to see when they can pickup the NewFest drive.
