To do this evening/ was completed: Quiet day on my end.

Downloaded and ingested the Dance Freak feature.

Built playlists for King Kong (we're waiting on Kaiju and Kong preshow pieces), Brazil, Life of Brian, Familiar Touch and Monty Python Holy Grail. 

**Noticed I made the 12/5 trailer packs with a 4.0 volume cue for the Book_V3_XMAS_5.1 trailer. I see we have the other Book_V3 trailer listed at 3.7, don't think we've listened to this one yet, which is to say I haven't updated that cue. Figured we'd do that once we tech the trailer just FYI.**

Inspected all of Million Dollar Legs, it's in nice condition, on house reels.

**Also noticed we are currently housing can #2 of Sgt Pepper which is playing at Williamsburg in a few weeks, so we'll have to coordinate a transfer.**

I scheduled those shows just a minute or two after their real start time to get the content transferred, just FYI. Started building the cue sheets as well. Got the first three days done. NPP Projection Admin (Lillian/Will) 7/7

To do this evening/ was completed: Leon Chase for Hank's Saloon came by to tech his film today. He's super happy with the outcome of his DCP and is really, really excited about the screening.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Buena Vista Social Club is just about sorted for this evening -the hosts did not respond to our request for a good quality video of the Tony Awards performance that we could download, so I found it on YouTube and let them know. I made a DCP, which will likely sound good between 3.5 - 4.5, but we'll have 15min to tech it before we open doors for the show!  Superman playlists built - I swapped out the atmos file that was first ingested and got the regular 7.1 in there! Projection Admin 9/8 Lillian/Will

To do this evening/ was completed: Double confirmed with Chris and folks that the print of Vicious Lips is, in fact, Vampire Lovers. They are in the process of sending Cyborg. I took the Vicious Lips trailer out of the playlists that had them, which we'll replace with Cyborg once it's available.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the playlist for Higher Learning .  Trailer Updates: ^ as per the above, we'll be getting the Cyborg trailer and updated version of the Forecast_A for 9/12 sometime tonight.  Special Events/ AV set up: We got the PA system with wireless mics setup for the show tonight in T2. I went through all the pieces of content for the drag performance(s) and confirmed sound/adjusted a few levels for the music, some of which were way too loud. I double checked/techd the lighting cues and wrote the info into the event memo for easy access (not everything seems to be accurate on the sheet, which I will update on Wednesday).
