To do this evening/ was completed: Note for Alec/Jack - if Jack is up for it, the lamp could get changed in T7 tomorrow. 

Will ran first round of Bugonia on 35mm. Projector cleaned.

Presentation Issues: 

Preshow Clips/Playlist: The Crow playlist tech'd. All set for tonight - Lil

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Went through the playlists for the special events tonight and both are ready to go. Mics/stands are ready in T3. Spots remote in the basket. 
T7 - playlist checked and I brought a mixer down from T6 with some xlr cables and mics. Set everything up. Will brought down chairs. I found that the spots remote didn't seem to be working, so I changed the battery but that didn't help, so I got the ladder out and changed the batteries in the actual spotlights and that did the trick. - Lil

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Received Eternity - ingesting to LMS. Ingested Zootopia to LMS. - Lil

Note: the kdms for Barry Lyndon, Goodfellas and B'twixt will all open up tomorrow!

Maintenance/cleaning: Bugonia will play in T7 starting tomorrow, and I attempted updated the masking in T7 today, which is saved (and works manually) but does not execute when clicking on the cue. Perhaps it was a slip of the fingers, but Scope, 1.78, and 1.85 have not changed. Scope seems to share the Bugonia Masking (?) when I click Bugonia on quick controls, but the proper masking for Bugonia is 1& 4 when you press on the buttons. I have some other things I'd like to check out with other masking settings. I'll follow up with Alec. - L

To do this evening/ was completed: Scheduled 1/3 - 1/9 in LMS. A few manual starts in there. I scheduled those shows just a minute or two after their real start time to get the content transferred, just FYI. Started building the cue sheets as well. Got the first three days done. NPP Projection Admin (Lillian/Will) 7/7

To do this evening/ was completed: Leon Chase for Hank's Saloon came by to tech his film today. He's super happy with the outcome of his DCP and is really, really excited about the screening.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Buena Vista Social Club is just about sorted for this evening -the hosts did not respond to our request for a good quality video of the Tony Awards performance that we could download, so I found it on YouTube and let them know. I made a DCP, which will likely sound good between 3.5 - 4.5, but we'll have 15min to tech it before we open doors for the show!  Superman playlists built - I swapped out the atmos file that was first ingested and got the regular 7.1 in there! Projection Admin 9/8 Lillian/Will

To do this evening/ was completed: Double confirmed with Chris and folks that the print of Vicious Lips is, in fact, Vampire Lovers. They are in the process of sending Cyborg. I took the Vicious Lips trailer out of the playlists that had them, which we'll replace with Cyborg once it's available.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the playlist for Higher Learning .  Trailer Updates: ^ as per the above, we'll be getting the Cyborg trailer and updated version of the Forecast_A for 9/12 sometime tonight.  Special Events/ AV set up: We got the PA system with wireless mics setup for the show tonight in T2. I went through all the pieces of content for the drag performance(s) and confirmed sound/adjusted a few levels for the music, some of which were way too loud. I double checked/techd the lighting cues and wrote the info into the event memo for easy access (not everything seems to be accurate on the sheet, which I will update on Wednesday).
