NPP Projection Admin 11/21



To do this evening/ was completed: Playlists built for Cuckoo's Nest, Wild Goose Lake, Nightmare on Elm Street (still needs slide). Wild Goose Lake ingested to LMS.

Looked at Legends of the Fall, all good. Tech'd all of the NoBudge48 shorts with Desmond, all good, volume and aspect ratio details are listed in the event memo.

Put Nightmare on house reels.

Ripped the Home Alone blu-ray and started converting the file in T1, it should be done tomorrow evening. If we think the 4/6 desktop will be significantly faster then we can start another conversion later this afternoon.

T1 booth swept and mopped.

Charlie Chocolate Factory slide ingested.

Bugonia print picked up, Dark Angel print dropped off, resting in T1.

NPP Projection Admin (Lillian/Will) 7/7

To do this evening/ was completed: Leon Chase for Hank's Saloon came by to tech his film today. He's super happy with the outcome of his DCP and is really, really excited about the screening.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Buena Vista Social Club is just about sorted for this evening -the hosts did not respond to our request for a good quality video of the Tony Awards performance that we could download, so I found it on YouTube and let them know. I made a DCP, which will likely sound good between 3.5 - 4.5, but we'll have 15min to tech it before we open doors for the show!  Superman playlists built - I swapped out the atmos file that was first ingested and got the regular 7.1 in there! Projection Admin 9/8 Lillian/Will

To do this evening/ was completed: Double confirmed with Chris and folks that the print of Vicious Lips is, in fact, Vampire Lovers. They are in the process of sending Cyborg. I took the Vicious Lips trailer out of the playlists that had them, which we'll replace with Cyborg once it's available.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the playlist for Higher Learning .  Trailer Updates: ^ as per the above, we'll be getting the Cyborg trailer and updated version of the Forecast_A for 9/12 sometime tonight.  Special Events/ AV set up: We got the PA system with wireless mics setup for the show tonight in T2. I went through all the pieces of content for the drag performance(s) and confirmed sound/adjusted a few levels for the music, some of which were way too loud. I double checked/techd the lighting cues and wrote the info into the event memo for easy access (not everything seems to be accurate on the sheet, which I will update on Wednesday).
