To do this evening/ was completed: Night Nurse on house reels, first reel tech'd, volume logged.

Inspected Spartan, excellent condition, on house reels, stills on Drive, emailed Conrad.

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Happy that I took a look at the preshow content and first runs just to double check them because Die, My Love was extremely loud at 5.5 in quite a few scenes. I adjusted the volume to 4.8, which seems good in both large and small screening rooms. Also, please be extra careful when building playlists with the trailer volumes as the Val trailer/Book_V3 and Legends trailers did not have the proper cues in the playlists for our new first runs (Die My Love, Predator, It Was Just An Accident). I have adjusted all of them. FYI - the volumes are still up on the white board, so please reference it when building. Thanks! - L

Maintenance/cleaning: Transferred al the Dark Room shorts to T3 and added them to our tech today with Cristina since we had time to bang them out in advance, so we've taken the tech off the calendar for next week! Aspect ratio and volume info on the spreadsheet. We're waiting on the intro video and that's it. Everything else looks and sounds great. Brian will send the intro video sometime this weekend. - L

Ran a reel of Dr. Moreau in T4 for Cristina. Volume logged. - L

NPP Projection Admin (Lillian/Will) 7/7

To do this evening/ was completed: Leon Chase for Hank's Saloon came by to tech his film today. He's super happy with the outcome of his DCP and is really, really excited about the screening.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Buena Vista Social Club is just about sorted for this evening -the hosts did not respond to our request for a good quality video of the Tony Awards performance that we could download, so I found it on YouTube and let them know. I made a DCP, which will likely sound good between 3.5 - 4.5, but we'll have 15min to tech it before we open doors for the show!  Superman playlists built - I swapped out the atmos file that was first ingested and got the regular 7.1 in there! Projection Admin 9/8 Lillian/Will

To do this evening/ was completed: Double confirmed with Chris and folks that the print of Vicious Lips is, in fact, Vampire Lovers. They are in the process of sending Cyborg. I took the Vicious Lips trailer out of the playlists that had them, which we'll replace with Cyborg once it's available.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the playlist for Higher Learning .  Trailer Updates: ^ as per the above, we'll be getting the Cyborg trailer and updated version of the Forecast_A for 9/12 sometime tonight.  Special Events/ AV set up: We got the PA system with wireless mics setup for the show tonight in T2. I went through all the pieces of content for the drag performance(s) and confirmed sound/adjusted a few levels for the music, some of which were way too loud. I double checked/techd the lighting cues and wrote the info into the event memo for easy access (not everything seems to be accurate on the sheet, which I will update on Wednesday).
