Special Events/ AV set up: John Woods's video game launch party event went down sans Godspeed You Black Emperor (this was swapped for Akira on the Plex at Trees)...the playlist link was not saved to the regular Spotify account so there was a bit of troubleshooting to sign in and out and back in again to the projection one in order to have the proper music playing for this...everything went smoothly otherwise

Bugonia 35mm screening in theater 1 this evening went well (the print continues to look and sound as good as ever) and the machines/platters/rollers etc were cleaned thoroughly following the show

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Beneath the Mountain and the Sky DCP was transferred to the LMS and theater 7 this evening

Hellboy II: The Golden Army DCP was delivered via Deluxe this evening

Outgoing/Shipping (content):

Print/video Inspection: Finished inspecting Legends of the Fall

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Tomorrow's schedule and cues were double checked and are accurate

Posters updated?: Removed Wicked: For Good and Jay Kelly from the lobby and replaced them with Hamnet and Zootopia 2 (Jay Kelly can replace Nouvelle Vague which is currently blocked by a row of bicycles chained to the stand out front so please switch these in the morning while there is an opportunity to...Jay Kelly poster is on the workbench behind 3/7 for now) + placed a "now showing" snipe above The Running Man and a "coming soon" one above Wicked: For Good which is now outside

To do this evening/ was completed: Scheduled 1/3 - 1/9 in LMS. A few manual starts in there. I scheduled those shows just a minute or two after their real start time to get the content transferred, just FYI. Started building the cue sheets as well. Got the first three days done. NPP Projection Admin (Lillian/Will) 7/7

To do this evening/ was completed: Leon Chase for Hank's Saloon came by to tech his film today. He's super happy with the outcome of his DCP and is really, really excited about the screening.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Buena Vista Social Club is just about sorted for this evening -the hosts did not respond to our request for a good quality video of the Tony Awards performance that we could download, so I found it on YouTube and let them know. I made a DCP, which will likely sound good between 3.5 - 4.5, but we'll have 15min to tech it before we open doors for the show!  Superman playlists built - I swapped out the atmos file that was first ingested and got the regular 7.1 in there! Projection Admin 9/8 Lillian/Will

To do this evening/ was completed: Double confirmed with Chris and folks that the print of Vicious Lips is, in fact, Vampire Lovers. They are in the process of sending Cyborg. I took the Vicious Lips trailer out of the playlists that had them, which we'll replace with Cyborg once it's available.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the playlist for Higher Learning .  Trailer Updates: ^ as per the above, we'll be getting the Cyborg trailer and updated version of the Forecast_A for 9/12 sometime tonight.  Special Events/ AV set up: We got the PA system with wireless mics setup for the show tonight in T2. I went through all the pieces of content for the drag performance(s) and confirmed sound/adjusted a few levels for the music, some of which were way too loud. I double checked/techd the lighting cues and wrote the info into the event memo for easy access (not everything seems to be accurate on the sheet, which I will update on Wednesday).
