Special Events/ AV set up: Legends of the Fall intro and screening went very well (I did not have a moment to double check its pre-show as I was busy setting up for trivia so I missed seeing the Dark Angel trailer was absent from it...I played this manually after Cristina and her guest made their remarks)

Cleaned both projectors following the show and ran the RP-40 loop for Bugonia tomorrow morning/refocused the lens/taped the port glass/set the top roller back in place...closed both exhaust ports and put the mic is back in the booth in its charging port

Had a hell of a time getting trivia ready since people were there as early as 2PM in order to get seats and by the time I started to set the table and wiring and everything else up the room was nearly full. Today would have benefited from an even earlier set up if I am being completely honest but I digress. Alec had set up XLRs beneath the circuit breaker for the guest hosts to record audio through, however, I needed to bring down extra cables to run along the wall of the room since their Zoom device was low on battery and would only work the whole show being plugged into the outlet beside the hosts' seats. Gus was very gracious in helping me clear the path for these and taping the cables down to keep anyone from tripping over them. Prior to this I had brought down a mixer and three mics (one of the Blank Check producers said the usual one mic would suffice but I knew this was never going to be the case) for posterity's sake and tested them/balanced the gain and volume levels. Everything went well despite the maximum capacity Trees was at and all the gear used was returned to its proper storage space

To do this evening/ was completed: Scheduled 1/3 - 1/9 in LMS. A few manual starts in there. I scheduled those shows just a minute or two after their real start time to get the content transferred, just FYI. Started building the cue sheets as well. Got the first three days done. NPP Projection Admin (Lillian/Will) 7/7

To do this evening/ was completed: Leon Chase for Hank's Saloon came by to tech his film today. He's super happy with the outcome of his DCP and is really, really excited about the screening.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Buena Vista Social Club is just about sorted for this evening -the hosts did not respond to our request for a good quality video of the Tony Awards performance that we could download, so I found it on YouTube and let them know. I made a DCP, which will likely sound good between 3.5 - 4.5, but we'll have 15min to tech it before we open doors for the show!  Superman playlists built - I swapped out the atmos file that was first ingested and got the regular 7.1 in there! Projection Admin 9/8 Lillian/Will

To do this evening/ was completed: Double confirmed with Chris and folks that the print of Vicious Lips is, in fact, Vampire Lovers. They are in the process of sending Cyborg. I took the Vicious Lips trailer out of the playlists that had them, which we'll replace with Cyborg once it's available.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the playlist for Higher Learning .  Trailer Updates: ^ as per the above, we'll be getting the Cyborg trailer and updated version of the Forecast_A for 9/12 sometime tonight.  Special Events/ AV set up: We got the PA system with wireless mics setup for the show tonight in T2. I went through all the pieces of content for the drag performance(s) and confirmed sound/adjusted a few levels for the music, some of which were way too loud. I double checked/techd the lighting cues and wrote the info into the event memo for easy access (not everything seems to be accurate on the sheet, which I will update on Wednesday).
