To do this evening/ was completed:

Presentation Issues: Chenelle left one of the spotlights on in theater 6 following the Below the Clouds private event...I got a call from Wyatt about customers noticing a "yellow light" on the corner of the screen and figured it could only be the spots...went into the auditorium and turned it off by standing directly in front of the screen (Megalopolis style, much to the chagrin of everyone seated, I'm sure) and the film continued normally

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Updated all playlists that needed the Generic Scifi 15min_v2 as we received it from Kat today. (Darkman, Real Genius, Dr. Moreau). Scheduled loads of SE shows on the LMS. - L

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Setup the mics in T6 and double checked the event information for tonight: Update - - > the event went well! Started a little late, but there was plenty of time for the Q&A. Cleaned up after! - Lillian

Spoons went smoothly and all the gear was put back beneath the curtain following the show

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Dcp'd the rest of the Dark Room shorts today, all of which have now been ingested to the LMS - L

Reached out to Kat about the 15min preshow for Wicked as it will likely need to get uploaded again, but we've got time. - L

Maintenance/cleaning: Finished up the 35mm screening of Bugonia in T1 and cleaned the projector and platter. - L

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Updated the rating for Predator: Badlands on all cues for this week (this is PG-13 not R)

Marquee updated?: Removed The Color Purple and added letters for Legends of the Fall (Kiki's Delivery Service is 35mm but can go on the brunch side since it screens at noon) + removed Blue Moon and Shelby Oaks and added letters for Die My Love and It Was Just an Accident

Posters updated?: Huge overhaul out front. The lefthand side is all "now showing" titles since I added Die My Love and moved Springsteen and Predator: Badlands over to it. I took out both posters from the lobby so Running Man and Sentimental Value are outside on the righthand side beneath "coming soon" snipes and Jay Kelly and Wicked: For Good are lining the entrance and exit. We lost Blue Moon and Shelby Oaks yesterday and today so those one sheets have been 86'd

Cleaning lights on for the night?: Yes

Additional Notes: A big box of cables, mostly ethernet ones, was delivered from Amazon and brought up to 4/6

I scheduled those shows just a minute or two after their real start time to get the content transferred, just FYI. Started building the cue sheets as well. Got the first three days done. NPP Projection Admin (Lillian/Will) 7/7

To do this evening/ was completed: Leon Chase for Hank's Saloon came by to tech his film today. He's super happy with the outcome of his DCP and is really, really excited about the screening.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Buena Vista Social Club is just about sorted for this evening -the hosts did not respond to our request for a good quality video of the Tony Awards performance that we could download, so I found it on YouTube and let them know. I made a DCP, which will likely sound good between 3.5 - 4.5, but we'll have 15min to tech it before we open doors for the show!  Superman playlists built - I swapped out the atmos file that was first ingested and got the regular 7.1 in there! Projection Admin 9/8 Lillian/Will

To do this evening/ was completed: Double confirmed with Chris and folks that the print of Vicious Lips is, in fact, Vampire Lovers. They are in the process of sending Cyborg. I took the Vicious Lips trailer out of the playlists that had them, which we'll replace with Cyborg once it's available.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the playlist for Higher Learning .  Trailer Updates: ^ as per the above, we'll be getting the Cyborg trailer and updated version of the Forecast_A for 9/12 sometime tonight.  Special Events/ AV set up: We got the PA system with wireless mics setup for the show tonight in T2. I went through all the pieces of content for the drag performance(s) and confirmed sound/adjusted a few levels for the music, some of which were way too loud. I double checked/techd the lighting cues and wrote the info into the event memo for easy access (not everything seems to be accurate on the sheet, which I will update on Wednesday).
