To do this evening/ was completed:

Presentation Issues: Delay of a few minutes to the third round in theater 7 due to a manual start

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Double checked the show playlists for East of Eden and One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest this morning and everything was in working order

Scheduled the Holy Grail show playlist in theater 3 for tomorrow evening...this will need its credits checked and updated on the cue sheets tomorrow morning

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: East of Eden and One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest played without issue this afternoon...deleted the feature content following the screenings 

I placed the mic stand I had left in 4/6 on Tuesday night back beneath the curtain in theater 1

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band canister (2 of 2) is still on the cart awaiting pickup

Maintenance/cleaning: Took the liberty of organizing the poster cubby again since a roll of trivia posters I left on the bench behind 3/7 on Tuesday was still there despite new posters having been added to the rest of the stock...I tossed some away and placed a handful in the trivia section *note: if we happen to receive additional posters of a title we already have please just add it to the slot where its original one is situated*

To do this evening/ was completed: Scheduled 1/3 - 1/9 in LMS. A few manual starts in there. I scheduled those shows just a minute or two after their real start time to get the content transferred, just FYI. Started building the cue sheets as well. Got the first three days done. SE screenings went smoothly. NPP Projection Admin (Lillian/Will) 7/7

To do this evening/ was completed: Leon Chase for Hank's Saloon came by to tech his film today. He's super happy with the outcome of his DCP and is really, really excited about the screening.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Buena Vista Social Club is just about sorted for this evening -the hosts did not respond to our request for a good quality video of the Tony Awards performance that we could download, so I found it on YouTube and let them know. I made a DCP, which will likely sound good between 3.5 - 4.5, but we'll have 15min to tech it before we open doors for the show!  Superman playlists built - I swapped out the atmos file that was first ingested and got the regular 7.1 in there! Projection Admin 9/8 Lillian/Will

To do this evening/ was completed: Double confirmed with Chris and folks that the print of Vicious Lips is, in fact, Vampire Lovers. They are in the process of sending Cyborg. I took the Vicious Lips trailer out of the playlists that had them, which we'll replace with Cyborg once it's available.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the playlist for Higher Learning .  Trailer Updates: ^ as per the above, we'll be getting the Cyborg trailer and updated version of the Forecast_A for 9/12 sometime tonight.  Special Events/ AV set up: We got the PA system with wireless mics setup for the show tonight in T2. I went through all the pieces of content for the drag performance(s) and confirmed sound/adjusted a few levels for the music, some of which were way too loud. I double checked/techd the lighting cues and wrote the info into the event memo for easy access (not everything seems to be accurate on the sheet, which I will update on Wednesday).
