Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Just a note on new A1s - please be sure to not put the trailer for the same title in its playlist, even if it comes out a day or two earlier. I updated Eternity with the correct trailer information so it did not have its own trailer playing, a long with Hamnet, and added in the Romance preshow per Desmond and Kat's note. - L

Built the playlists for Hamnet and scheduled both this and Eternity on the LMS for Wednesday and Thursday. - L 

Trailer Updates: Ingested Marty Supreme v2, Precode Parade_Dec25, Avatar F&A v3, Is This Thing On v2 rev, Spongebob v4 - L

Special Events/ AV set up: Masking updates in T3 and T7. I did some tinkering with the cues, both 3 and 7 now have Scope, 2.00, 1.85, 1.78, and 1.66 masking cues plus a "Variable Ratio" cue which is currently being used for 1.50 for Bugonia in both rooms. This cue corresponds to buttons 1 & 2 on the masking motor in both 3 and 7, and it can be used for other less common ratios (2.20, 1.37, 1.33, to name just a few...) as needed. This new "Variable Ratio" cue has been added to the Bugonia playlists for 3 and 7. -A

DCP'd the last few NoBudge shorts - Waiting Room, Sweet, Mint Condition, It Will Happen To Us...etc, and ingested all shorts to the LMS. We are all set for our tech with Desmond tomorrow. I notified him that we're ready. - L

Today we received both the link for Wild Goose Lake and Predators, which are both currently downloading via Aspera in 4/6 to the preshows/trailers drive. These will likely finish up late tonight or into the morning, but if they're downloaded by tonight, please transfer to the Share folder. Thanks! - L

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Deleted It Was Just An Accident, Springsteen, Die My Love, Barry Lyndon from LMS. Deleted Bugonia from T1 & 2. - L

Alec and I got the print of Bugonia packed up today, one reel each. I brought the print down to the side door and scheduled a pickup. It is FedEx ground (print came with labels) and will get picked up tomorrow morning. I notified Brad from Film Tech to let him know it would be on its way soon. - L

Print/video Inspection: I built a tech playlist for all the NoBudge shorts for tomorrow and transferred the shorts to T1 so we're ready to go tomorrow morning/afternoon - L

Ran a reel of Spartan for Cristina. Print looks great, volume is logged on the info sheet. -A
