NPP Projection Report 11/26 Admin(ish)/Open


To do this evening/ was completed: Short day for me here since I had to be at Williamsburg this morning.

I noticed that, after Sunday, Screenwriter was giving a "no valid KDM" warning for screenings of Wicked in T2. I reached out to Deluxe and after some back and forth got them to re-upload the server certificate for T2 and generate new keys, which did the trick. All set here.

Ordering/Receiving (content): Desmond sent the last short (Barrio Chino) for the FOFIF program, which I converted to DCP. This makes the last short for this program, all are on the LMS.

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Deleted the outgoing firs runs (and made sure NOT to delete Predators, for the private event coming up, not to be confused with Predator: Badlands. If it was 2010, this could have been a lot more confusing...)

Print/video Inspection: Checked volume on the three new first runs. All good at 5.5 except Zootopia which I brought down to 5.3.

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift):

Marquee updated?: Jay Kelly, Predator, and Frankenstein down. Hamnet, Eternity, Zootopia 2 up.

Posters updated?: Jay Kelly, Predator, Frankenstein down; Hamnet, Eternity, and Zootopia under now showing banners. New coming soons: Marty Supreme, Is This Thing On?, and No Other Choice.

To do this evening/ was completed: Scheduled 1/3 - 1/9 in LMS. A few manual starts in there. I scheduled those shows just a minute or two after their real start time to get the content transferred, just FYI. Started building the cue sheets as well. Got the first three days done. NPP Projection Admin (Lillian/Will) 7/7

To do this evening/ was completed: Leon Chase for Hank's Saloon came by to tech his film today. He's super happy with the outcome of his DCP and is really, really excited about the screening.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Buena Vista Social Club is just about sorted for this evening -the hosts did not respond to our request for a good quality video of the Tony Awards performance that we could download, so I found it on YouTube and let them know. I made a DCP, which will likely sound good between 3.5 - 4.5, but we'll have 15min to tech it before we open doors for the show!  Superman playlists built - I swapped out the atmos file that was first ingested and got the regular 7.1 in there! Projection Admin 9/8 Lillian/Will

To do this evening/ was completed: Double confirmed with Chris and folks that the print of Vicious Lips is, in fact, Vampire Lovers. They are in the process of sending Cyborg. I took the Vicious Lips trailer out of the playlists that had them, which we'll replace with Cyborg once it's available.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the playlist for Higher Learning .  Trailer Updates: ^ as per the above, we'll be getting the Cyborg trailer and updated version of the Forecast_A for 9/12 sometime tonight.  Special Events/ AV set up: We got the PA system with wireless mics setup for the show tonight in T2. I went through all the pieces of content for the drag performance(s) and confirmed sound/adjusted a few levels for the music, some of which were way too loud. I double checked/techd the lighting cues and wrote the info into the event memo for easy access (not everything seems to be accurate on the sheet, which I will update on Wednesday).
