To do this evening/ was completed: Staff screenings have been built, scheduled and blocked for Thursday and Friday, staying out of any rooms we're teching in. Also, I will be here tomorrow for a mid for event support. - L

We are losing Blue Moon, Shelby Oaks, and After the Hunt on Friday. Please make sure the marquee and posters are updated before doors open. -A

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built all A1 11/4 playlists (with the exception of Sentimental Value, Running Man, and Jay Kelly, which we do not have yet.) Built the SE playlists for 11/07 with Night Nurse, Jaws, Dr. Moreau, Darkman, Real Genius. NOTE: reached out to Kat about the V2 15min Scifi preshow and she's trying to get it to us as soon as she can, but she's asked that we put the V12 in there for now if she can't get it to us in time, which is what I've done. - L

Trailer Updates: Ingested Dark Angel, Home Alone, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Hamnet, History of Sound, and the new Forecasts for 11/14. - L

Special Events/ AV set up: We received a new slide for the private event tomorrow, Below the Clouds. I downloaded this to the desktop as BelowtheClouds_FinalSlide. We can DCP this and build the playlist once the short is finished transcoding. Note about the cue sheets below! - L

I added Spoons to the LMS as an event (for tomorrow) but tacked on a longer run time so that the shutdown doesn't interfere with the show should they start a little late, and also just for posterity. - L

Today we received the link to the folder you can find all the shorts for the Dark Room program on 11/17. All video files (and one DCP) have been downloaded to a folder on the preshows/trailers drive labeled Dark Room Shorts. I ingested Melody of Love to the LMS and the DCP of Wilhelm Scream is currently transcoding in 4/6, which should be done soon. I have the holding slide downloaded. Please continue to DCP the rest of the shorts. Thanks! - L

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Innocent Blood is on its way out to the Academy. I emailed Edda the tracking number and post inspection report and cc'd Cristina. - L

Bringing the CRU drive of G'boy to the post office. - L

Color Purple is packed up. Pickup scheduled for tomorrow. To make sure there's no mixup with Innocent Blood going out tonight, I will put this on the cart tomorrow morning. -A

Maintenance/cleaning: Returned various equipment to its respective booth and ordered a few cables and adapters we need. -A

Ordered a new bookshelf for 4/6 so we can get rid of the one that's falling apart. -A

There seems to be some kind of issue with the cable connection in Trees where it loses connection briefly every 10-15 minutes. My hunch is that it's an issue with the cable behind the A/V bench down there as it gets knocked into when you pull out/push in the bench to access to the back. I was losing signal completely when I was pushing the bench back in today, the cable remained in its port but was definitely jostled by the bench. I'm going to try replacing the cable and arranging it so it doesn't get hit by the bench. Ethernet cables are among the things I ordered today. -A

I updated the software on the IMS3000 units -A

Vacuumed all the drilling debris from yesterday from the back corner of 4/6. -A

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Below the Clouds updated their preshow to 15mins, so the intro will start at 6:45. Showtime is the same, but I've updated everything else. - L
