To do this evening/ was completed: The Bugonia OCAP for 11/07, which was first round in T2 today, did not execute Bugonia masking because it was not in the playlist. This was the only playlist without it, so it must have been a simple mistake. Please double check your work when building playlists and we will hold ourselves accountable to double check them once they're built. Thank you, Will, for catching this today. - L

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the new A1 playlists for 11/07 and 11/14. Built SE playlist for Come See Me in the Good Light and How To Train Your Dragon (all scheduled now)- L

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Checked out Darkman today. All set. - L

Kat added the documentary Godspeed, You Black Emperor to the Share drive, which I then added to Plex in a separate folder so it is easy to find. John asked that we have this playing in Trees during the launch party on Thursday. - L

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): FYI - keys for How to Train Your Dragon will open up tomorrow morning, and the keys for Come See Me in the Good Light will also open up then. - L

Ingested some preshow elements (generic mystery, how to train your dragon) to the LMS - L

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Scheduled a pickup for Jaws, which got picked up with Innocent Blood (woohoo!).  - L

Deleted features, preshow elements and playlists we no longer need. - L

I, once again- emailed Liz Purchell to see if she's ready to snag The Queen from T1 since we've had it for months now and have not heard back. - L

Maintenance/cleaning: Will and I managed to get the spider web out of the way in T1.
Will cleaned the port glass after we moved it and I ran a loop to check in with everything for Bugonia tonight. Swept under the platter. Also, I fixed the the loose pin that secures the door to the optical sound box. - Lillian 

Port glass windows cleaned in booths 1 and 4. Cleaned the projectors in 4. Tossed a bunch of posters out from behind 3/7 and reorganized the cubby (tried to keep all 2026 titles together as much as possible and reserve space for more recent releases on the opposite side of the cubby closer to the workbench)  -WB

NPP Projection Admin (Lillian/Will) 7/7

To do this evening/ was completed: Leon Chase for Hank's Saloon came by to tech his film today. He's super happy with the outcome of his DCP and is really, really excited about the screening.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Buena Vista Social Club is just about sorted for this evening -the hosts did not respond to our request for a good quality video of the Tony Awards performance that we could download, so I found it on YouTube and let them know. I made a DCP, which will likely sound good between 3.5 - 4.5, but we'll have 15min to tech it before we open doors for the show!  Superman playlists built - I swapped out the atmos file that was first ingested and got the regular 7.1 in there! Projection Admin 9/8 Lillian/Will

To do this evening/ was completed: Double confirmed with Chris and folks that the print of Vicious Lips is, in fact, Vampire Lovers. They are in the process of sending Cyborg. I took the Vicious Lips trailer out of the playlists that had them, which we'll replace with Cyborg once it's available.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the playlist for Higher Learning .  Trailer Updates: ^ as per the above, we'll be getting the Cyborg trailer and updated version of the Forecast_A for 9/12 sometime tonight.  Special Events/ AV set up: We got the PA system with wireless mics setup for the show tonight in T2. I went through all the pieces of content for the drag performance(s) and confirmed sound/adjusted a few levels for the music, some of which were way too loud. I double checked/techd the lighting cues and wrote the info into the event memo for easy access (not everything seems to be accurate on the sheet, which I will update on Wednesday).
