To do this evening/ was completed: Rebooted the digital showtimes display as yesterday's info was still up. 

Had our cinema meeting. All good on content, just reached out to Chenelle about the private event on 11/17. 

Presentation Issues: We had an issue in T3 where MOD radioed me to say that cleaning lights were on and the film had stopped. We had lost connection to the server. I went down to reboot the projector, resat everything and then booted it up again. Got the server back up and went straight into One Battle as the issue happened just a few minutes into the feature. It's stable right now, but I'm going to reboot the server in between rounds and pull logs. Spoke to Rebecca and Chenelle about making any updates to the private event. This was a quick turnaround, so were only 7 minutes behind schedule for preshow for the private event.  Lil update: private event is on the way now. Jack will pull logs once all shows are done tonight. 

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Staff Screenings are on the calendar, on the LMS, info has been mailed out. 

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: FYI - John asked that we play Akira in Trees tomorrow in replacement of Black Emperor. I confirmed with him that this is on the server already. 

Added the mics, stand, and double checked the playlist for Come See Me in T3 this evening. 

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): We received the cans for Legends of the Fall. Brought the print down to T1. 

DCP'd and ingested the intro video for Dark Room Shorts

Maintenance/cleaning: I built our new bookshelf today and reorganized everything on it that we had on the old one. That area looks or at least feels larger and more accessible. I partially dismantled the old bookshelf and put it off to the side at the moment, but Alec and I can bring it down tomorrow morning. Jack is debating whether or not he wants it. 

Did gear grease maintenance in T4, notably on P2 as the gears were starting to make that clacking noise when they're not lubed up enough. Everything has a good hum now. Changed the lenses and masking for Scope in T4. Ran loops for Dr. Moreau. 

Took our Verizon box to the post office.

NPP Projection Admin (Lillian/Will) 7/7

To do this evening/ was completed: Leon Chase for Hank's Saloon came by to tech his film today. He's super happy with the outcome of his DCP and is really, really excited about the screening.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Buena Vista Social Club is just about sorted for this evening -the hosts did not respond to our request for a good quality video of the Tony Awards performance that we could download, so I found it on YouTube and let them know. I made a DCP, which will likely sound good between 3.5 - 4.5, but we'll have 15min to tech it before we open doors for the show!  Superman playlists built - I swapped out the atmos file that was first ingested and got the regular 7.1 in there! Projection Admin 9/8 Lillian/Will

To do this evening/ was completed: Double confirmed with Chris and folks that the print of Vicious Lips is, in fact, Vampire Lovers. They are in the process of sending Cyborg. I took the Vicious Lips trailer out of the playlists that had them, which we'll replace with Cyborg once it's available.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the playlist for Higher Learning .  Trailer Updates: ^ as per the above, we'll be getting the Cyborg trailer and updated version of the Forecast_A for 9/12 sometime tonight.  Special Events/ AV set up: We got the PA system with wireless mics setup for the show tonight in T2. I went through all the pieces of content for the drag performance(s) and confirmed sound/adjusted a few levels for the music, some of which were way too loud. I double checked/techd the lighting cues and wrote the info into the event memo for easy access (not everything seems to be accurate on the sheet, which I will update on Wednesday).
