To do this evening/ was completed: Scheduled staff screenings on the LMS (blocked on the calendar as well) for tomorrow and Monday, 12/1, since we open early on Thursday and Friday. 

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Scheduled the LMS for the week of 11/28. 

Trailer Updates: 

Special Events/ AV set up: School screening went just fine in T1 today despite the rowdiness of the kids. Deleted the Guardians DCP. 

Downloading 2000 Meteres via Aspera

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Received three posters - Hoppers, Is Thing Thing On, Moana (2026 live action). Stored and labeled. 

Ordering/Receiving (content): Received the keys for Hamnet. 

Ingested I Could Just Die (FOFIF) to the LMS
Downloaded, DCP'd and ingested Bloom (FOFIF)

Got the keys for East of Eden, which open on 11/28. 

Ingested Death Race to the LMS
On George Ivan drive in 4/6 (big files. they're taking a minute. be patient) I unzipped Holy Grail and am waiting on Life of Brian to finish unzipping. Please safely eject and plug the drive directly into the LMS to ingest the files. It will be fast than copying over to the Share folder. Also, please note that it takes a couple minutes for the drive to show up on the LMS after you plug it in, so don't worry if you don't see it straight away. Just give it a few mins. 

Received three prints this evening: Mercenaries of Hong Kong, King Kong, and Million Dollar Legs

Print/video Inspection: Tech'd One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest. Playlist updated. 

McKegg ran/got info for Nightmare on Elm Street 4

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning: Checked in with the gear grease and motors in T4. Running smoothly. Ran loops for Spartan tonight. 

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): I noticed whilst scheduling the LMS that the Zootopia info was incorrect on the cue sheets. Culprit: the full run time (or film bot run time) was put into the formula as the start of the credits. I fixed this and updated tomorrow and Thursday for this week, plus next week's sheets. 

Marquee updated?: Tomorrow we start Zootopia, Hamnet and Eternity and lose Frankenstein, Jay Kelly, and Predator Badlands. PLEASE be careful to not delete Predator (the MTV private event for next week!)

NPP Projection Admin (Lillian/Will) 7/7

To do this evening/ was completed: Leon Chase for Hank's Saloon came by to tech his film today. He's super happy with the outcome of his DCP and is really, really excited about the screening.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Buena Vista Social Club is just about sorted for this evening -the hosts did not respond to our request for a good quality video of the Tony Awards performance that we could download, so I found it on YouTube and let them know. I made a DCP, which will likely sound good between 3.5 - 4.5, but we'll have 15min to tech it before we open doors for the show!  Superman playlists built - I swapped out the atmos file that was first ingested and got the regular 7.1 in there! Projection Admin 9/8 Lillian/Will

To do this evening/ was completed: Double confirmed with Chris and folks that the print of Vicious Lips is, in fact, Vampire Lovers. They are in the process of sending Cyborg. I took the Vicious Lips trailer out of the playlists that had them, which we'll replace with Cyborg once it's available.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the playlist for Higher Learning .  Trailer Updates: ^ as per the above, we'll be getting the Cyborg trailer and updated version of the Forecast_A for 9/12 sometime tonight.  Special Events/ AV set up: We got the PA system with wireless mics setup for the show tonight in T2. I went through all the pieces of content for the drag performance(s) and confirmed sound/adjusted a few levels for the music, some of which were way too loud. I double checked/techd the lighting cues and wrote the info into the event memo for easy access (not everything seems to be accurate on the sheet, which I will update on Wednesday).
