To do this evening/ was completed:

Presentation Issues: Had an unfortunate debacle in which, not only was the charging port/touch pad for the Fidelio moving slow, but a headset I gave out for Wicked with a VI track would not work. Initially I tried another headset or two after rebooting the port just to double check and tried them in other theatres, with Wicked playing, which worked, just not in Theatre 1 still. Then I noticed that the cabling in the booth looked off for the Fidelio, which I presume was not put back from testing for 35mm headset capability, or something else, but I can't think of anything else we'd be moving it around for. I matched everything back, tested it, and it's working just fine now. We credited the patron and still gave him the headset to use for the rest of the feature. 

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Fixed the playlist for East of Eden, which sounds perfectly loud at 5.0 but I was surprised to discover that the opening has a bit of orchestral music playing with no image, for three minutes, so I made a little title card for it. It's 15 seconds and reads "Please kindly note that this feature will begin after a three minute orcehstral piece. Thank you and enjoy the show!" because without it, I know patrons will think something is wrong and MOD will be concerned that the lamp is off. Filled MOD in on this. 

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: The holding slide we received for the MTV private event for the film Predators, will be used for both the intro and Q&A. I DCP'd and ingested this to the LMS/T7.

I did not initially notice this but we only received 2 cans of King Kong when we need 3, so I reached out to DHL/NBC Universal for guidance with tracking, cc'ing projection and John. I added pictures of the cans and gave them the print number. We still have some time, so we should be fine. I would hold off on inspecting in case we received another print entirely, but I reckon there won't be an issue with how the reels are cut and all. 

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Spartan will get shipped out come Monday. It's in 4/6 still. 

Note: we're good on Sony inspection reports right now.
