To do this evening/ was completed: More big crowds for a big, big day of Wicked 2. Made the rounds and checked in with Chenelle about the event tomorrow and on Tuesday. Since the BluRay of Guardians is still at WB, I reached out to Kat to see if she could rip it Monday morning and put it on the Share drive for us to DCP. 


Finally got that DCP of Home Alone ingesting, which flew by once it finished all the digest stuff. Took a hot minute, but it'll be available for tomorrow. Please take a look at this on screen first thing in the morning. Thank you! I am ONLY ingesting this to T7, not the LMS.

Maintenance/cleaning: Looks like the lens needs to be shifted upwards slightly as I noticed Bugonia bleeding a little on the bottom masking in Theatre 4. It could just be my eyes tricking me, but, Will--if you could confirm this in the morning for me, I would appreciate it! 

No warning yet in T7 for the lamp change, which we will do after the weekend. 

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Yes. Y'all, there were a number of mistakes on tomorrow's cue sheet. 1 & 2 were fine. 3 had one showtime wrong and T4, 5 and 6 were entirely wrong with incorrect times and incorrect shows. Please remember that Saturday and Sunday are not always the same and we need to be extra careful about copying over from a previous day. I fixed the sheet and checked the LMS. Please double check my work in the morning. Always good to have another pair of eyes on them. Thanks!

I scheduled those shows just a minute or two after their real start time to get the content transferred, just FYI. Started building the cue sheets as well. Got the first three days done. NPP Projection Admin (Lillian/Will) 7/7

To do this evening/ was completed: Leon Chase for Hank's Saloon came by to tech his film today. He's super happy with the outcome of his DCP and is really, really excited about the screening.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Buena Vista Social Club is just about sorted for this evening -the hosts did not respond to our request for a good quality video of the Tony Awards performance that we could download, so I found it on YouTube and let them know. I made a DCP, which will likely sound good between 3.5 - 4.5, but we'll have 15min to tech it before we open doors for the show!  Superman playlists built - I swapped out the atmos file that was first ingested and got the regular 7.1 in there! Projection Admin 9/8 Lillian/Will

To do this evening/ was completed: Double confirmed with Chris and folks that the print of Vicious Lips is, in fact, Vampire Lovers. They are in the process of sending Cyborg. I took the Vicious Lips trailer out of the playlists that had them, which we'll replace with Cyborg once it's available.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the playlist for Higher Learning .  Trailer Updates: ^ as per the above, we'll be getting the Cyborg trailer and updated version of the Forecast_A for 9/12 sometime tonight.  Special Events/ AV set up: We got the PA system with wireless mics setup for the show tonight in T2. I went through all the pieces of content for the drag performance(s) and confirmed sound/adjusted a few levels for the music, some of which were way too loud. I double checked/techd the lighting cues and wrote the info into the event memo for easy access (not everything seems to be accurate on the sheet, which I will update on Wednesday).
