NPP Projection Admin 12/9



To do this evening/ was completed: LMS scheduled for the coming week (not including Avatar, Spongebob, Housemaid, The Cure). 

Reached out to Deluxe for new keys for Pig. The ones we received were for Theater 2 only--look out for follow up to that.

Ran a reel of Mercenaries from Hong Kong for Cristina, volume logged. The bottom of the screen looked like the scope plate needed to be filed a bit more--not sure if that was the print or indeed the plate.

Double-checked today's cue sheets.

Outgoing CRU drives dropped off at Ballard (UPS).

Presentation Issues: Theater 3 crapped out on us right before Sentimental Value started. I guess it realized I haven't had a turn to go through that insanity, so hurray for me. I was able to reboot it and getting back up and running, though it cut into the preshow for the next round. 

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Made two slides for Charlie and the Chocolate Factory during the intro and added them into the playlist. 

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Lenses and masking set for 1.37 for tonight. 

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Charlie and the Chocolate Factory came in. 

A drive for a private event was dropped off and it is in 4/6

Outgoing/Shipping (content):

Print/video Inspection: I looked at all of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, which is in fantastic shape. All by Reel 1 are on shipping reels for now. 

Desmond also came by to tech both Charlie and King Kong and I noted volume for each.

NPP Projection Admin (Lillian/Will) 7/7

To do this evening/ was completed: Leon Chase for Hank's Saloon came by to tech his film today. He's super happy with the outcome of his DCP and is really, really excited about the screening.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Buena Vista Social Club is just about sorted for this evening -the hosts did not respond to our request for a good quality video of the Tony Awards performance that we could download, so I found it on YouTube and let them know. I made a DCP, which will likely sound good between 3.5 - 4.5, but we'll have 15min to tech it before we open doors for the show!  Superman playlists built - I swapped out the atmos file that was first ingested and got the regular 7.1 in there! Projection Admin 9/8 Lillian/Will

To do this evening/ was completed: Double confirmed with Chris and folks that the print of Vicious Lips is, in fact, Vampire Lovers. They are in the process of sending Cyborg. I took the Vicious Lips trailer out of the playlists that had them, which we'll replace with Cyborg once it's available.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the playlist for Higher Learning .  Trailer Updates: ^ as per the above, we'll be getting the Cyborg trailer and updated version of the Forecast_A for 9/12 sometime tonight.  Special Events/ AV set up: We got the PA system with wireless mics setup for the show tonight in T2. I went through all the pieces of content for the drag performance(s) and confirmed sound/adjusted a few levels for the music, some of which were way too loud. I double checked/techd the lighting cues and wrote the info into the event memo for easy access (not everything seems to be accurate on the sheet, which I will update on Wednesday).
