Ordering/Receiving (content): Began converting the MKV rip of The Road to El Dorado to DCP this evening and saved it to the "NONAME" drive connected to the booth 1 Mac desktop (I am not sure where its case is so I put the disc in the Time Bandits case on top of the disc drive)

Keys for the Stranger Things: Season 5 event were delivered this evening but will not become active until the morning of the 31st

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning: The time on theater 1's server is still out of sync by about 30 minutes but the content is playing without any errors and as scheduled...with the new year ahead of us we should continue to keep an eye on this as we have had issues with time syncs in the past after a calendar change

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Double checked all cues for tomorrow and cross referenced the LMS, foolishly scheduled the shows in theater 1 at their "correct" times, only to schedule them 31 minutes late again to compensate for the delay in the time sync in this auditorium's IMS clock (please make note of this tomorrow morning in the event that it properly syncs following the shutdown this evening)

To do this evening/ was completed: Leon Chase for Hank's Saloon came by to tech his film today. He's super happy with the outcome of his DCP and is really, really excited about the screening.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Buena Vista Social Club is just about sorted for this evening -the hosts did not respond to our request for a good quality video of the Tony Awards performance that we could download, so I found it on YouTube and let them know. I made a DCP, which will likely sound good between 3.5 - 4.5, but we'll have 15min to tech it before we open doors for the show!  Superman playlists built - I swapped out the atmos file that was first ingested and got the regular 7.1 in there! Projection Admin 9/8 Lillian/Will

To do this evening/ was completed: Double confirmed with Chris and folks that the print of Vicious Lips is, in fact, Vampire Lovers. They are in the process of sending Cyborg. I took the Vicious Lips trailer out of the playlists that had them, which we'll replace with Cyborg once it's available.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the playlist for Higher Learning .  Trailer Updates: ^ as per the above, we'll be getting the Cyborg trailer and updated version of the Forecast_A for 9/12 sometime tonight.  Special Events/ AV set up: We got the PA system with wireless mics setup for the show tonight in T2. I went through all the pieces of content for the drag performance(s) and confirmed sound/adjusted a few levels for the music, some of which were way too loud. I double checked/techd the lighting cues and wrote the info into the event memo for easy access (not everything seems to be accurate on the sheet, which I will update on Wednesday).
