Presentation Issues: No further issues with content playback in theater 3 this evening

Special Events/ AV set up: Jess asked about testing a slideshow for tomorrow's private event...I was not tagged in these emails and can not find the content...she said she would tag Lillian to take a look tomorrow morning and to have the slideshow uploaded to Plex at Trees

Million Dollar Legs intro, short film, and feature screening in theater 1 went very smoothly...both projectors were cleaned following the show and the mics were returned to the booth to charge

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Red Rocket print was delivered in two canisters this evening and brought up to 4/6 for Monday night's screening

Outgoing/Shipping (content):

Print/video Inspection: Put Million Dollar Legs back on its shipping reels and packaged it for a return shipment (the canister is at the foot of the stairs in booth 1 and will need a return label printed)

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning:

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Tomorrow's cues and schedule have been double checked...had to highlight a few rounds with negative flips so be aware of any content that doesn't load normally because of this

To do this evening/ was completed: Scheduled 1/3 - 1/9 in LMS. A few manual starts in there. I scheduled those shows just a minute or two after their real start time to get the content transferred, just FYI. Started building the cue sheets as well. Got the first three days done. SE screenings went smoothly. NPP Projection Admin (Lillian/Will) 7/7

To do this evening/ was completed: Leon Chase for Hank's Saloon came by to tech his film today. He's super happy with the outcome of his DCP and is really, really excited about the screening.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Buena Vista Social Club is just about sorted for this evening -the hosts did not respond to our request for a good quality video of the Tony Awards performance that we could download, so I found it on YouTube and let them know. I made a DCP, which will likely sound good between 3.5 - 4.5, but we'll have 15min to tech it before we open doors for the show!  Superman playlists built - I swapped out the atmos file that was first ingested and got the regular 7.1 in there! Projection Admin 9/8 Lillian/Will

To do this evening/ was completed: Double confirmed with Chris and folks that the print of Vicious Lips is, in fact, Vampire Lovers. They are in the process of sending Cyborg. I took the Vicious Lips trailer out of the playlists that had them, which we'll replace with Cyborg once it's available.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the playlist for Higher Learning .  Trailer Updates: ^ as per the above, we'll be getting the Cyborg trailer and updated version of the Forecast_A for 9/12 sometime tonight.  Special Events/ AV set up: We got the PA system with wireless mics setup for the show tonight in T2. I went through all the pieces of content for the drag performance(s) and confirmed sound/adjusted a few levels for the music, some of which were way too loud. I double checked/techd the lighting cues and wrote the info into the event memo for easy access (not everything seems to be accurate on the sheet, which I will update on Wednesday).
