To do this evening/ was completed:

Presentation Issues: Ran house checks in all auditoriums

Noting an "IMCB ILS Main version mismatch" alarm on theater 6's projector which we should keep an eye on...IMB connection is currently green so I'm not too worried about any playback issues

Keeping an eye on storage space percentages but there are not many titles I can remove from the LMS or individual servers until our new releases come in this weekend...currently all servers have 20% free space available at the most

Special Events/ AV set up: MS442 Zootopia 2 event got underway ahead of schedule and ran smoothly

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Posters for Digger and The Drama were delivered and stored behind 3/7 (in addition to a Nate Bargatze led comedy (??) called The Breadwinner which we are most definitely never programming)

Ordering/Receiving (content): No Other Choice keys were delivered last night and will become active the morning of 12/24 + When Harry Met Sally and The Polar Express keys were delivered this afternoon

Reached out to Deluxe about sending updated keys for Hamnet and Zootopia 2 which we are showing through the holiday but whose keys will expire by Christmas Eve + keys for Marty Supreme and Back to the Future which have not been sent out yet...will update if/when they are sent (update: keys were sent for Hamnet but not Zootopia 2)

Keys for the second Avengers: Doomsday trailer (so silly) were emailed out via Deluxe this evening

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Canisters containing Flying Guillotine for Sundays on Fire on 1/4 were delivered and brought up to booth 1

Print/video Inspection: Tech'd Angel's Egg in theater 2 and raised the feature volume/added a lights up cue to the show playlist and updated credits information on the cue sheets

Finished inspecting Flying Guillotine in booth 1

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning: Swept 4/6

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Adjusted the cues and schedule at the request of the MODs for a handful of theater swaps on Christmas Day + double checked cues/schedule for tomorrow too

To do this evening/ was completed: Scheduled 1/3 - 1/9 in LMS. A few manual starts in there. I scheduled those shows just a minute or two after their real start time to get the content transferred, just FYI. Started building the cue sheets as well. Got the first three days done. SE screenings went smoothly. NPP Projection Admin (Lillian/Will) 7/7

To do this evening/ was completed: Leon Chase for Hank's Saloon came by to tech his film today. He's super happy with the outcome of his DCP and is really, really excited about the screening.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Buena Vista Social Club is just about sorted for this evening -the hosts did not respond to our request for a good quality video of the Tony Awards performance that we could download, so I found it on YouTube and let them know. I made a DCP, which will likely sound good between 3.5 - 4.5, but we'll have 15min to tech it before we open doors for the show!  Superman playlists built - I swapped out the atmos file that was first ingested and got the regular 7.1 in there! Projection Admin 9/8 Lillian/Will

To do this evening/ was completed: Double confirmed with Chris and folks that the print of Vicious Lips is, in fact, Vampire Lovers. They are in the process of sending Cyborg. I took the Vicious Lips trailer out of the playlists that had them, which we'll replace with Cyborg once it's available.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the playlist for Higher Learning .  Trailer Updates: ^ as per the above, we'll be getting the Cyborg trailer and updated version of the Forecast_A for 9/12 sometime tonight.  Special Events/ AV set up: We got the PA system with wireless mics setup for the show tonight in T2. I went through all the pieces of content for the drag performance(s) and confirmed sound/adjusted a few levels for the music, some of which were way too loud. I double checked/techd the lighting cues and wrote the info into the event memo for easy access (not everything seems to be accurate on the sheet, which I will update on Wednesday).
