NPP Projection Report 12/23 Close


To do this evening/ was completed: Heads up, Jeffrey asked us to save Wicked and Sentimental Value features. Please leave these two on the LMS.

There are three boxes of Goldberg reels in 4/6. These are for Williamsburg. They'll get taken over there after the holidays.

The bit for the wheelchair drill by T1/MOD is missing. I ordered some extras but if anyone knows where this might've gone, please let me know.

Print/video Inspection: Inspected The Face of Another, in good condition. I sent the report to Janus.

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning:

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Checked for tomorrow and double checked Christmas, all set.

Marquee updated?: Yes; Eternity, Sentimental Value, Wicked, and Wake Up Dead Man all down. Marty Supreme, Is This Thing On, and No Other Choice up.

Posters updated?: All those above titles were taken down and the new ones are all outside with now showing banners. Current coming soon posters are Bone Temple, The Moment, Send Help, and Goat.

I scheduled those shows just a minute or two after their real start time to get the content transferred, just FYI. Started building the cue sheets as well. Got the first three days done. NPP Projection Admin (Lillian/Will) 7/7

To do this evening/ was completed: Leon Chase for Hank's Saloon came by to tech his film today. He's super happy with the outcome of his DCP and is really, really excited about the screening.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Buena Vista Social Club is just about sorted for this evening -the hosts did not respond to our request for a good quality video of the Tony Awards performance that we could download, so I found it on YouTube and let them know. I made a DCP, which will likely sound good between 3.5 - 4.5, but we'll have 15min to tech it before we open doors for the show!  Superman playlists built - I swapped out the atmos file that was first ingested and got the regular 7.1 in there! Projection Admin 9/8 Lillian/Will

To do this evening/ was completed: Double confirmed with Chris and folks that the print of Vicious Lips is, in fact, Vampire Lovers. They are in the process of sending Cyborg. I took the Vicious Lips trailer out of the playlists that had them, which we'll replace with Cyborg once it's available.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the playlist for Higher Learning .  Trailer Updates: ^ as per the above, we'll be getting the Cyborg trailer and updated version of the Forecast_A for 9/12 sometime tonight.  Special Events/ AV set up: We got the PA system with wireless mics setup for the show tonight in T2. I went through all the pieces of content for the drag performance(s) and confirmed sound/adjusted a few levels for the music, some of which were way too loud. I double checked/techd the lighting cues and wrote the info into the event memo for easy access (not everything seems to be accurate on the sheet, which I will update on Wednesday).
