Special Events/ AV set up: Spoons setup and breakdown was super smooth. Everything's been put away. During the show, Michael lost the Splashtop connection and was confused about which computer to reconnect to, so was unable to control house lights for a moment. I was radioed and this was quickly resolved. No other issues.

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): The replacement King Kong print arrived. Since there's no update from FedEx about delivery of the second can from the other print (they located the can but the tracking hasn't been updated), we should inspect reels 4-6 of this new print so we're ready to go for the show.

Outgoing/Shipping (content):

Maintenance/cleaning: Was radioed about the Trees projector shutting off again, when I went down there I noticed the red "Temp" light was on, so I will clean it out on Monday. It didn't feel super hot so for now, I just switched it back on.

To do this evening/ was completed: Leon Chase for Hank's Saloon came by to tech his film today. He's super happy with the outcome of his DCP and is really, really excited about the screening.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Buena Vista Social Club is just about sorted for this evening -the hosts did not respond to our request for a good quality video of the Tony Awards performance that we could download, so I found it on YouTube and let them know. I made a DCP, which will likely sound good between 3.5 - 4.5, but we'll have 15min to tech it before we open doors for the show!  Superman playlists built - I swapped out the atmos file that was first ingested and got the regular 7.1 in there! Projection Admin 9/8 Lillian/Will

To do this evening/ was completed: Double confirmed with Chris and folks that the print of Vicious Lips is, in fact, Vampire Lovers. They are in the process of sending Cyborg. I took the Vicious Lips trailer out of the playlists that had them, which we'll replace with Cyborg once it's available.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the playlist for Higher Learning .  Trailer Updates: ^ as per the above, we'll be getting the Cyborg trailer and updated version of the Forecast_A for 9/12 sometime tonight.  Special Events/ AV set up: We got the PA system with wireless mics setup for the show tonight in T2. I went through all the pieces of content for the drag performance(s) and confirmed sound/adjusted a few levels for the music, some of which were way too loud. I double checked/techd the lighting cues and wrote the info into the event memo for easy access (not everything seems to be accurate on the sheet, which I will update on Wednesday).
