To do this evening/ was completed: Happy December, everyone! 

For tomorrow morning - John and co would like to stream The Birdcage (1996) tomorrow morning for a future film feast. We weren't looped into this until the afternoon today, but it should be a problem at all. It is available on Prime Video, which I am logged into in T3. I currently have the film downloading on the off chance our connection is spotty tomorrow morning. I'll make sure Jack is aware and I asked John if we could move the screening from 10am to 10:15 so he has a moment to make sure everything is ready. - L

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Looked at Wild Goose Lake 

I tech'd the FOFIF shorts and slide with Desmond, but since all of those slides are for preshow, I made a 30 minute slideshow of them, in the correct order, so that we don't have to keep looping the slides (which would be rather annoying). This is transcoding in 4/6 and should be done in less than 2 hours. Please do not remove the thumb drive from the computer as that's where the video file is. Thanks! Volume and aspect ratio are in the event memo now, with the exception of one short that is missing its audio file. We are to receive an updated version very soon. - L

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: No Budge and Monty Python are all techd and ready to go! Four mics for NoBudge and no chairs. Spots as per usual. Everything looks and sounds good. - L

Ordering/Receiving (content): No reply yet to my King Kong email, but it is much earlier on the West Coast, so I'm not too surprised. I will follow up in the morning if I don't hear anything by this evening. - L

DCP'd The Christmas Party short film for Million Dollar Legs - L

Reached out about the keys for Eternity which would've expired by Wednesday morning. Initially they were on hold but were released shortly after. - L

Outgoing/Shipping (content):  Packed up and scheduled a pickup for Spartan. It is on its way now! - L

Print/video Inspection: I ran a reel of Million Dollar Legs for Cristina as she wanted to make sure we have the right version of the film. We do in fact have the right version! Looks great. - L

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Yes

Maintenance/cleaning: Projectors in booth 1 and booth 4 were cleaned...refocused the 1.85 lens on projector 2 in the former -WB

Our Amazon order for compressed air did not go through despite reading as being delivered today. They were apparently out of stock. I let Gil know and sent the tracking info. Ordered some cans from Uline. Forwarded Bogi the info. - L

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Yes. Checked and initialed.
