To do this evening/ was completed: Brad Lander formally announcing he's running for congress at our establishment was not on my 2025 bingo card, but what a fun last minute shindig! I set up a mic and a stand, which turned into the hub for all press mics and it held well. Gaffed everything down for safety. Earlier in the day they sent what we thought was a slideshow but is actually a folder of photos, so I turned it into a slideshow video and uploaded it to Plex, which worked out great. I stood right by the AV box so I could adjust levels for the speakers and all the speeches went super well. Bar managers, Raekwon and Chenelle and I communicated very well throughout the night. Guests are still partying in the bar, but our work is essentially done. Jack will clean up the mic since I have stayed past my out time and the main event is over.

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built some SE playlists.

Trailer Updates: Leaving myself a note here to take a look at new/holiday trailers tomorrow just to double check volume and adjust playlists accordingly!

Special Events/ AV set up: Setup the chairs and went through the playlist for Dance Freak so Jack is all set.

DCP'd all the proper slides for the intro/tips/donations and performance pieces for the Batman Returns drag show, which we will look at with Desmond tomorrow.

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Received and stored.

Ordering/Receiving (content): Had our cinema meeting today and the only thing we're missing (a part from  a private event I checked in with Chenelle about) was Batman Returns, but it came in today. Ingested

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Printed labels for and shipped out Million Dollar Legs.

Print/video Inspection: I went to go inspect Red Rocket today and noticed that we received duplicate reels and both cans were missing reels 1 - 3. I emailed Cristina asap for her to forward a note and an image to the A24/Academy folks. They are sending us a new can with reels 1 - 3 in it, but I asked for them to identify which Print # they belong to just in case. My note read:

I just went to inspect Red Rocket and, unfortunately, it looks like we are missing reels 1 - 3 and have some duplicates. Not sure what happened here. If you wouldn't mind forwarding this message to the Academy folks, I would appreciate it.

Here is the breakdown (with image attached!):

Reels 4 - 6 on the left are from Print #3
Reel 7 on the left is from Print #4
Reels 5 - 7 on the right are from Print #2
