To do this evening/ was completed: Staff Screening info was sent out via 7shifts as per new rules, though I did send a follow up email so that folks are aware of this change. 

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Adjusted the Knives Out playlists with the correct preshow. Built and scheduled staff screening playlists. 

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: FOFIF show is all set for tonight. The Wifi in the booth tends to be extremely spotty up there, so I'd recommend using the laptop for preshow music. I tried both the PC and laptop today and both are fine. Leave the volume around 3.7. The Spotify playlist is pulled up on the laptop already (in the app). For spots, you can use either 301, 502, or both. The 301 setting has the double spots a little closer (good for an intro, I reckon) whereas the 502 have them a little further apart (good for q&a). 
Note: I setup a mic in Trees for the announcements after the show. It has been tested, just remember to turn the amp back on. 

I did a bit of a pre-setup for Spoons tomorrow. The wireless mic mixer is all set and connected to the Yamaha (resting on the supplies bin), which is also good, you'll just have to plug them in. The table above the Yamaha has the table cloth, Aja and thunderbolt adapter to test with our laptop, plus the hdmi cable, so just pull out the table in the morning. DMX cable is plugged in and ready for the spots board. 

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Receives the DCP of The Shop Around the Corner
Received the keys for Alabama Solution, which open tomorrow. 
Keys for Brazil will also come in tomorrow.

The DCP for The Cure should be here no later than Friday! 

The DCP for Pig failed via e-delivery, so I reached out, as did John (since I didn't hear anything back). The key delivery looks promising. Update: we were told that there was a tech error and they only noticed yesterday. They will be sending the correct DCP soon. 

I was able to get a case number this morning for our King Kong mystery and actually spoke to a representative for FedEx, who I sent the package information to. I received a follow up email: Thank you for providing information needed to search for your package. We have conducted an initial search but have not located your package. We will continue the search process and will contact you with an update no later than 12/05/2025. Thank you for your patience during this process. 
I let folks know in our cinema meeting today, so come Friday we can hopefully make a game plan. 

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Scheduled a pickup for and attached labels to Nightmare on Elm, which was picked up this afternoon. 

Scheduled a Ground pickup for the extra Predator bits we received. (From the MTV event). It'll get picked up tomorrow. 

Spartan was successfully delivered.

NPP Projection Admin (Lillian/Will) 7/7

To do this evening/ was completed: Leon Chase for Hank's Saloon came by to tech his film today. He's super happy with the outcome of his DCP and is really, really excited about the screening.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Buena Vista Social Club is just about sorted for this evening -the hosts did not respond to our request for a good quality video of the Tony Awards performance that we could download, so I found it on YouTube and let them know. I made a DCP, which will likely sound good between 3.5 - 4.5, but we'll have 15min to tech it before we open doors for the show!  Superman playlists built - I swapped out the atmos file that was first ingested and got the regular 7.1 in there! Projection Admin 9/8 Lillian/Will

To do this evening/ was completed: Double confirmed with Chris and folks that the print of Vicious Lips is, in fact, Vampire Lovers. They are in the process of sending Cyborg. I took the Vicious Lips trailer out of the playlists that had them, which we'll replace with Cyborg once it's available.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the playlist for Higher Learning .  Trailer Updates: ^ as per the above, we'll be getting the Cyborg trailer and updated version of the Forecast_A for 9/12 sometime tonight.  Special Events/ AV set up: We got the PA system with wireless mics setup for the show tonight in T2. I went through all the pieces of content for the drag performance(s) and confirmed sound/adjusted a few levels for the music, some of which were way too loud. I double checked/techd the lighting cues and wrote the info into the event memo for easy access (not everything seems to be accurate on the sheet, which I will update on Wednesday).
