To do this evening/ was completed: No funny business this evening. Theater 1 is still going strong. No issues there. 

Had a annoying but not entirely uncommon situation in T4 in which MOD radioed me about Avatar looking funky, and it hasn't switched to Scope on the Christie, but the masking was fine. I switched over to scope immediately. I say not entirely uncommon because the lens can get stuck when switching formats. The playlists were and are entirely correct. 

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Just a friendly reminder that the playlists for Theatre 1 are currently scheduled (on the LMS) 31 minutes after they're to start due to the IMS clock, but as Alec mentioned, if rebooting causes it to properly sync up, then please readjust for the correct time. Thanks! I reached out to see what the password might be (for one of the user preferences at the top) so we can login to change the time. We need managerial privileges to do it.

To do this evening/ was completed: Leon Chase for Hank's Saloon came by to tech his film today. He's super happy with the outcome of his DCP and is really, really excited about the screening.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Buena Vista Social Club is just about sorted for this evening -the hosts did not respond to our request for a good quality video of the Tony Awards performance that we could download, so I found it on YouTube and let them know. I made a DCP, which will likely sound good between 3.5 - 4.5, but we'll have 15min to tech it before we open doors for the show!  Superman playlists built - I swapped out the atmos file that was first ingested and got the regular 7.1 in there! Projection Admin 9/8 Lillian/Will

To do this evening/ was completed: Double confirmed with Chris and folks that the print of Vicious Lips is, in fact, Vampire Lovers. They are in the process of sending Cyborg. I took the Vicious Lips trailer out of the playlists that had them, which we'll replace with Cyborg once it's available.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the playlist for Higher Learning .  Trailer Updates: ^ as per the above, we'll be getting the Cyborg trailer and updated version of the Forecast_A for 9/12 sometime tonight.  Special Events/ AV set up: We got the PA system with wireless mics setup for the show tonight in T2. I went through all the pieces of content for the drag performance(s) and confirmed sound/adjusted a few levels for the music, some of which were way too loud. I double checked/techd the lighting cues and wrote the info into the event memo for easy access (not everything seems to be accurate on the sheet, which I will update on Wednesday).
