To do this evening/ was completed: Haven't received the DCP for Trading Places yet, but it's Paramount, so I wouldn't be surprised if it shows up early next week.  Keeping my eye on this though. - LH 

1/16 A1 playlists built. Vacuumed beneath all screens except T2.

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Tech'd Willy Wonka and adjusted the playlist with new volume/fixed the cue sheets. - LH

Ordering/Receiving (content): Note: Keys for Pillion will come in on 1/10, so we're set for the screener on 1/13. - LH
Arco keys open very late, near midnight, on 1/10. - LH

Ingested the following content to the LMS - Reconsider this (Jan), forecasts, the moment (red band trailer, american cyborg trailer, snakes on a plane trailer, Dolly intro card, Dolly 25min, 15min, 5min preshow. - LH

Outgoing/Shipping (content):

Print/video Inspection: Ran reels for Face of Another (T4), Mayor of Hell, Maximum Overdrive and Lost Highway in T1 for Desmond and Cristina. We also took a look at Hell up in Harlem for Shouting, which looks/sounds great at 4.5, but we'll do a test with the hosts on the day. - LH

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning: Yves from DMS was here this morning and put a new PIB in the T1 Christie. The IMB connection issue didn't reappear at all today, but we'll continue to monitor it as it wasn't something that consistently happened every time the server and projector were powered on. Hopefully this is the final solution, if not we will get the "motherboard" (also known as the backplane, to which all the three main boards--IMB, ICP, and PIB--connect) replaced.

Lots of old bulbs exploded and disposed of today also. More to go but I made a pretty good dent.

AC units went off on first floor, but got in touch with John/Palco and they came back to fix them. We're all set now. - LH

To do this evening/ was completed: Leon Chase for Hank's Saloon came by to tech his film today. He's super happy with the outcome of his DCP and is really, really excited about the screening.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Buena Vista Social Club is just about sorted for this evening -the hosts did not respond to our request for a good quality video of the Tony Awards performance that we could download, so I found it on YouTube and let them know. I made a DCP, which will likely sound good between 3.5 - 4.5, but we'll have 15min to tech it before we open doors for the show!  Superman playlists built - I swapped out the atmos file that was first ingested and got the regular 7.1 in there! Projection Admin 9/8 Lillian/Will

To do this evening/ was completed: Double confirmed with Chris and folks that the print of Vicious Lips is, in fact, Vampire Lovers. They are in the process of sending Cyborg. I took the Vicious Lips trailer out of the playlists that had them, which we'll replace with Cyborg once it's available.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the playlist for Higher Learning .  Trailer Updates: ^ as per the above, we'll be getting the Cyborg trailer and updated version of the Forecast_A for 9/12 sometime tonight.  Special Events/ AV set up: We got the PA system with wireless mics setup for the show tonight in T2. I went through all the pieces of content for the drag performance(s) and confirmed sound/adjusted a few levels for the music, some of which were way too loud. I double checked/techd the lighting cues and wrote the info into the event memo for easy access (not everything seems to be accurate on the sheet, which I will update on Wednesday).
