NPP Projection Admin 2/10

Hey all, this is another note on the cue sheets, separate from the one about La La Land I sent earlier. For Thursday, all shows in T1 and T3 have been swapped. This is updated on the cue sheet and the Screenwriter schedule. Please note that all shows in T1 and the first two rounds in T2 on Thursday have adjusted timing. Features for these shows will be starting right at the ticketed showtime. The ticketed time hasn't changed, but preshow and lights down will be earlier than usual. This is all reflected on the cue sheets and I've scheduled these accordingly. Please do not adjust anything so the timing is clear for the front of house staff. Thanks! -A

To do this evening/ was completed: LMS scheduled for coming week sans some SE playlists. Wuthering Heights and Good Luck built.

Loops ran, projectors cleaned.

Spy Kids DCP still going.

*The Hunger drag show DCPs need to get made tonight.* and ingest to T2 as the tech is scheduled for tomorrow.

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Started building the playlists for Get Out, Corpse Bride, Love and Friendship, Sundays on Fire, Dog Day Afternoon, How to Make Millions Before Grandma Dies, Trouble in Paradise, Ghost, and American Cyborg. Notes in Trailer list, but also noting here: 

Dog Day Afternoon needs the PS_DogDayAfternoon_5min preshow clip - Kat sent this along, but it's got crazy assets in it, so see how if it ingests after being in the share folder. 

Trouble in Paradise's intro from Soderbergh needs to be teched. 

Ghost and American Cyborg need their respective intro slides

Kat sent us an updated PS_Ridiculous/Sublime_15_V2 file, which I downloaded and added to the Share folder, ingested, and added to the playlist.

To do this evening/ was completed: Leon Chase for Hank's Saloon came by to tech his film today. He's super happy with the outcome of his DCP and is really, really excited about the screening.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Buena Vista Social Club is just about sorted for this evening -the hosts did not respond to our request for a good quality video of the Tony Awards performance that we could download, so I found it on YouTube and let them know. I made a DCP, which will likely sound good between 3.5 - 4.5, but we'll have 15min to tech it before we open doors for the show!  Superman playlists built - I swapped out the atmos file that was first ingested and got the regular 7.1 in there! Projection Admin 9/8 Lillian/Will

To do this evening/ was completed: Double confirmed with Chris and folks that the print of Vicious Lips is, in fact, Vampire Lovers. They are in the process of sending Cyborg. I took the Vicious Lips trailer out of the playlists that had them, which we'll replace with Cyborg once it's available.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the playlist for Higher Learning .  Trailer Updates: ^ as per the above, we'll be getting the Cyborg trailer and updated version of the Forecast_A for 9/12 sometime tonight.  Special Events/ AV set up: We got the PA system with wireless mics setup for the show tonight in T2. I went through all the pieces of content for the drag performance(s) and confirmed sound/adjusted a few levels for the music, some of which were way too loud. I double checked/techd the lighting cues and wrote the info into the event memo for easy access (not everything seems to be accurate on the sheet, which I will update on Wednesday).
