To do this evening/ was completed: A1 2/13 playlists built, old content removed from servers.

Tech'd Peter Hujar, all good. Tech'd Dead Lover too, all good, but we'll need to adjust masking presets to properly cover 1.33 in T3. Sent out a zoom link to the participants of the Q&A plus Lillian and Cristina.

Cable tested in T2 for Super Bowl.

Rescheduled T1 and T4 for today and tomorrow. Cue sheets updated.

Dog Day Afternoon print arrived, in T1.

Ingested new content for the week (what was available) for preshow Sundays on Fire V4, Dog Day afternoon preshow, forecasts, etc. Waiting on a few other bits n bobs. - LH

Outgoing/Shipping (content): 

Print/video Inspection: Started inspecting Sundays on Fire print Love Battlefield  in T1, which can get finished this evening. Ran reels for Dancing Lady, Coach Carter, Jurassic Park for Cristina/Desmond. - LH 

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning: Christie and Dolby had some suggestions for T3 based on the logs we sent, which I carried out. Not sure what effect they may have, if any, but I reported this to DMS so these things can be ruled out if the issue occurs again. -A (Sent the logs/report from this morning - LH)

Also reduced the power to the lamps in T1 and T2 as they were running too high. Only reduced by 15% for flat and 10% for scope. Looked at test patterns and content in both houses and the image is still plenty bright -A

To do this evening/ was completed: Leon Chase for Hank's Saloon came by to tech his film today. He's super happy with the outcome of his DCP and is really, really excited about the screening.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Buena Vista Social Club is just about sorted for this evening -the hosts did not respond to our request for a good quality video of the Tony Awards performance that we could download, so I found it on YouTube and let them know. I made a DCP, which will likely sound good between 3.5 - 4.5, but we'll have 15min to tech it before we open doors for the show!  Superman playlists built - I swapped out the atmos file that was first ingested and got the regular 7.1 in there! Projection Admin 9/8 Lillian/Will

To do this evening/ was completed: Double confirmed with Chris and folks that the print of Vicious Lips is, in fact, Vampire Lovers. They are in the process of sending Cyborg. I took the Vicious Lips trailer out of the playlists that had them, which we'll replace with Cyborg once it's available.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the playlist for Higher Learning .  Trailer Updates: ^ as per the above, we'll be getting the Cyborg trailer and updated version of the Forecast_A for 9/12 sometime tonight.  Special Events/ AV set up: We got the PA system with wireless mics setup for the show tonight in T2. I went through all the pieces of content for the drag performance(s) and confirmed sound/adjusted a few levels for the music, some of which were way too loud. I double checked/techd the lighting cues and wrote the info into the event memo for easy access (not everything seems to be accurate on the sheet, which I will update on Wednesday).
