To do this evening/ was completed: 
Continued DCPing shorts. 
DCP'd Death Tape, Clean Slate, Action Bog, Nun's Heart and a Grieving Heart. All of these have also been ingested to the LMS. Only a few more to go.  Also! Just another friendly reminder that we already have the Dark Room slide on the LMS. 

Marty Supreme and The Moment will be leaving us soon. 

Deleted Arco. 

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Tech'd Sirât and the Oscar Animated/Live Action Shorts. Made the OCAP playlist for Sirât

Perfect Blue and Ganja and Hess playlists built. 

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Reached out to Chenelle and Raekwon to see if we could get an eta on the BluRay for Crazy Stupid Love 

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Submitted a request for a key extension for Good Luck have Fun Don't Die since our keys will expire early Sunday morning. 

Outgoing/Shipping (content): All Coach Carter and There Will Be Blood got picked up early this morning

Print/video Inspection: A lot of running reels today. Ran through the playlist for Cyborg before teching and updated with new preshow from Kat. Swordfish trailer all set. American Cyborg looks incredible. Logged volume. Desmond came in later and we looked at Pulp Fiction/ A Time to Kill in T1 and Snow Day back up in T4. Volumes logged, reels rewound. 
Ran loops and swapped out the lenses again after teching with Desmond due to the ratio change. All set for this evening. 

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Yes. Updated today. 

Maintenance/cleaning: Submitted an order to Uline for more canned air. 

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Yes

Marquee updated?: Added Oscar Shorts and Sirât to the front, took down two former titles and added A Time To Kill and Pulp Fiction (plus multi dates)

Posters updated?: Added Now Showing banner to Sirât

To do this evening/ was completed: Leon Chase for Hank's Saloon came by to tech his film today. He's super happy with the outcome of his DCP and is really, really excited about the screening.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Buena Vista Social Club is just about sorted for this evening -the hosts did not respond to our request for a good quality video of the Tony Awards performance that we could download, so I found it on YouTube and let them know. I made a DCP, which will likely sound good between 3.5 - 4.5, but we'll have 15min to tech it before we open doors for the show!  Superman playlists built - I swapped out the atmos file that was first ingested and got the regular 7.1 in there! Projection Admin 9/8 Lillian/Will

To do this evening/ was completed: Double confirmed with Chris and folks that the print of Vicious Lips is, in fact, Vampire Lovers. They are in the process of sending Cyborg. I took the Vicious Lips trailer out of the playlists that had them, which we'll replace with Cyborg once it's available.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the playlist for Higher Learning .  Trailer Updates: ^ as per the above, we'll be getting the Cyborg trailer and updated version of the Forecast_A for 9/12 sometime tonight.  Special Events/ AV set up: We got the PA system with wireless mics setup for the show tonight in T2. I went through all the pieces of content for the drag performance(s) and confirmed sound/adjusted a few levels for the music, some of which were way too loud. I double checked/techd the lighting cues and wrote the info into the event memo for easy access (not everything seems to be accurate on the sheet, which I will update on Wednesday). To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Do the Right Thing screening in theater 1 went very smoothly Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Ordering/Receiving (content): Uploaded keys for The Warriors Outgoing/Shipping (content): Contacted DHL and brought  Do the Right Thing downstairs for it to be picked up tomorrow + removed Deep Blue Sea content from the LMS/theater 3 Print/video Inspection: Tech'd Deep Blue Sea in theater 3 this morning (mostly for a laugh) and the 5.5 volume setting is perfect + re-inspected  Do the Right Thing  after the show and cleaned the projectors/shut the exhausts Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Maintenance/cleaning: Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Marquee updated?: Removed the outgoing brunch titles and replaced them with letters for Pavements Posters updated?: Cleaning lights on for the night?: Projection cart by entrance?: Additional Not...
