Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the A1 playlists for 2/27 and added Scream 7 playlists for this week. Lots of SE playlists built please see notes about tech/trailer needs below. Babies playlist built and scheduled for Tuesday! - Lillian 

Transferred and or built the playlists for Cutting Through Rocks, Make Out With Violence, BLKNews, and Ganja and Hess to T3 (scheduled these shows on the LMS) so we can tech them come Monday, or if there's time this weekend. - Lillian 

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up:

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): We are waiting on the Femme Photographers trailer, which will be ready by EOD Monday and can then get added to a few playlists for 2/27. - Lillian

Ordering/Receiving (content): 

Ingested Horror_V3 preshow, They Will Kill You trailer, Forecasts. - Lillian

Private Events: * This evening, we should be receiving a BluRay for AirBud . Check in with MOD a little later. 
* Chenelle also let me know that there will be special preshow content for Crazy Stupid Love, the BluRay of which we do not have yet, but it was ordered yesterday and should be here Monday/Tuesday, but I did ask for a proper eta. Preshow content will arrive no later than Monday eve. 
*Techd, scheduled and built the playlist for Spy Kids, which screens in T6 this weekend. Raekwon is running this event.  - Lillian 

Copying Hank's Saloon to the Share folder. Please ingest once it's in there. Thanks! - Lillian 

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Got rid of DCPs we don't need both in LMS and on George Ivan drive to make space. - Lillian 

Print/video Inspection: Tech'd Perfect Blue, Blithe Spirit, Spy Kids. Satoshi Kon preshow also techd. -  Lillian 

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Yes

Maintenance/cleaning:

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Yes. I took off all the Oscar Shorts screenings that still had 'ocap' on them as we do not have OCAP files for those shows. Made the formula for Scream 7 and added their shows for Thursday. Scheduled on the LMS, too. - Lillian 

Marquee updated?:

Posters updated?: Took down Scream 7 and The Bride in the lobby and added Hail Mary and Ready or Not 2. Now we can move Scream 7 and The Bride (in addition to Hoppers and Oscar Shorts posters) to the outside front. I have all four of those bundled up and ready to go once it stops raining. They have a note on them so you'll see it...if the rain stops. - Lillian

To do this evening/ was completed: Leon Chase for Hank's Saloon came by to tech his film today. He's super happy with the outcome of his DCP and is really, really excited about the screening.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Buena Vista Social Club is just about sorted for this evening -the hosts did not respond to our request for a good quality video of the Tony Awards performance that we could download, so I found it on YouTube and let them know. I made a DCP, which will likely sound good between 3.5 - 4.5, but we'll have 15min to tech it before we open doors for the show!  Superman playlists built - I swapped out the atmos file that was first ingested and got the regular 7.1 in there! Projection Admin 9/8 Lillian/Will

To do this evening/ was completed: Double confirmed with Chris and folks that the print of Vicious Lips is, in fact, Vampire Lovers. They are in the process of sending Cyborg. I took the Vicious Lips trailer out of the playlists that had them, which we'll replace with Cyborg once it's available.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the playlist for Higher Learning .  Trailer Updates: ^ as per the above, we'll be getting the Cyborg trailer and updated version of the Forecast_A for 9/12 sometime tonight.  Special Events/ AV set up: We got the PA system with wireless mics setup for the show tonight in T2. I went through all the pieces of content for the drag performance(s) and confirmed sound/adjusted a few levels for the music, some of which were way too loud. I double checked/techd the lighting cues and wrote the info into the event memo for easy access (not everything seems to be accurate on the sheet, which I will update on Wednesday). To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Do the Right Thing screening in theater 1 went very smoothly Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Ordering/Receiving (content): Uploaded keys for The Warriors Outgoing/Shipping (content): Contacted DHL and brought  Do the Right Thing downstairs for it to be picked up tomorrow + removed Deep Blue Sea content from the LMS/theater 3 Print/video Inspection: Tech'd Deep Blue Sea in theater 3 this morning (mostly for a laugh) and the 5.5 volume setting is perfect + re-inspected  Do the Right Thing  after the show and cleaned the projectors/shut the exhausts Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Maintenance/cleaning: Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Marquee updated?: Removed the outgoing brunch titles and replaced them with letters for Pavements Posters updated?: Cleaning lights on for the night?: Projection cart by entrance?: Additional Not...
