Removal of the Eye/Monk in Pieces playlists scheduled and DCPs transferring to T3 for tech tomorrow. - L

Presentation Issues: Glad I stuck around later since, right before the 35mm shows, we got walkied for T3 as the server went down right when the feature (Send Help, second round) started. I power-cycled, resat cables, and we were fine from there on out. Once the show was over, I pulled logs from the projector and a report from the server for DMS. We're stable in third round now. - LH

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Kat sent updated forecasts for 2/6. I updated all first run and special event playlists for that week. - LH

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Ran loops and reel 1 of Die Hard with a Vengeance and Unbreakable with Lillian this morning in preparation for the double feature tonight. Lenses focused and plates set for the night. Pul Fiction trailer was attached to the top of Die Hard with a Vengeance -WB

Tonight we have the double feature for Die Hard and Unbreakable. Few notes: Shay will not require a laptop nor any extra tech, she just needs a mic. As per Desmond's request this morning, I have included the Samuel trailer in the Die Hard playlist which screens before the intro, so the ROS will be Sam trailer, Intro, Walter's trailer (pulp fiction) then Die Hard feature. I added this info to the event memo, but no major time adjustments since they're super short trailers. Once Die Hard is over, we have a brief intermission (nothing on screen! just do preshow lights), after which I have built a small playlist for Unbreakable with the Sam n Bruce 5min preshow, then comes the Unbreakable slide which will be for Shay's trivia, then the feature. - LH

Noticed that the keys we got for Sentimental Value, which screens tomorrow, were compatible for our old device. New keys have been ingested. I alerted Deluxe to make sure they've got the right device on file. New keys for Hamnet in - LH

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Lots outgoing - This morning, A Few Good Men finally got picked up. I confirmed with Allyson that it is on its way. Confirmed with Jorge the pickup info for Train Dreams, which will get picked up via their courier tomorrow morning. Also getting picked up tomorrow morning is The Incredible Shrinking Man, which I scheduled a Ground pickup for (this print came with return labels as it's Universal). - LH

Print/video Inspection: Walter came by this morning with the trailer of Pulp Fiction for this evening. Will and I ran through loops and went through the trailer and the first reels for Die Hard and Unbreakable to log volume for all. Will attached the trailer to the top of Die Hard. - LH

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning: Swept and dusted booth 1. Lots of film coming in and out of this space and it needed a cleaning badly. Borrowed the push broom/dust mop from the lobby which is preferable to just the broom and placed it back beside the lobby bar once I was through using it -WB

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Yes.

Additional Notes: Reached out to Dave from Rialto to see if we can get tracking for that drive (so we can put Road Games on it and send it back to them, as they've requested...) I have a feeling they just forgot. Friendly reminder, please keep this DCP on the preshows/trailers drive. Thanks! - LH
