To do this evening/ was completed: Weekly update is out - please look things over as soon as you can and familiarise yourself with any pertinent info for shows you'll be working. Thanks! NOTE - forgot to mention this in the update, but the private event for Sirat will be at a later date (still holding, though) this month. We will be showing this as a first run anyhow, so it'll be on the server still. - LH 

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Went through the Frankenhooker playlist/feature just to double check everything. All good. No intro/memo. 

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Setup the mics and chairs (off to the side) in T3 for Monk in Pieces tonight. Just remember to turn on the mixer and you can put the mics on the chairs if you'd like. Mics have been tested. Friendly reminder - spots remote/power switch in 3/7 booth. I noticed there wasn't a slide for the Q&A in the playlist, so that's been adjusted. LH

The direct line from the mic mixer to the webcam in T3 is all set up and working really nicely. It connects to the "Aux Out" output on the mixer, FYI. For the Zoom Q&A on Monday, we'll need to have a PA speaker set up for the mics. One speaker should be fine for this room. Then the audio from the Zoom call will play through the house speakers. Zoom call should be run off the booth PC. -AL

Jeffrey has reached out to an A24 rep for the keys for The Moment...still waiting on this. Update: keys coming in shortly. - L

I was able to download the DCP of Dead Lover via Aspera (just hit 'deny' when it asks you some nonsense. I so this every time.)

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Got Die Hard and Unbreakable packed up and on the cart today. Both of these will be getting picked up via FedEx Ground tomorrow. I started putting Let the Right One In back on shipping reels, so please continue to do so and we can ship out tomorrow. Thanks! - LH

Maintenance/cleaning: We had Roger in later this morning to take a look at T2 for 70mm, help us adjust the initial quote and go over the rack. We took a look at our stuff in 4/6. Making some headway on this. - LH

Changed the air intake filters in all of the Christie projectors. -AL

To do this evening/ was completed: Leon Chase for Hank's Saloon came by to tech his film today. He's super happy with the outcome of his DCP and is really, really excited about the screening.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Buena Vista Social Club is just about sorted for this evening -the hosts did not respond to our request for a good quality video of the Tony Awards performance that we could download, so I found it on YouTube and let them know. I made a DCP, which will likely sound good between 3.5 - 4.5, but we'll have 15min to tech it before we open doors for the show!  Superman playlists built - I swapped out the atmos file that was first ingested and got the regular 7.1 in there! Projection Admin 9/8 Lillian/Will

To do this evening/ was completed: Double confirmed with Chris and folks that the print of Vicious Lips is, in fact, Vampire Lovers. They are in the process of sending Cyborg. I took the Vicious Lips trailer out of the playlists that had them, which we'll replace with Cyborg once it's available.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the playlist for Higher Learning .  Trailer Updates: ^ as per the above, we'll be getting the Cyborg trailer and updated version of the Forecast_A for 9/12 sometime tonight.  Special Events/ AV set up: We got the PA system with wireless mics setup for the show tonight in T2. I went through all the pieces of content for the drag performance(s) and confirmed sound/adjusted a few levels for the music, some of which were way too loud. I double checked/techd the lighting cues and wrote the info into the event memo for easy access (not everything seems to be accurate on the sheet, which I will update on Wednesday).
