Special Events/ AV set up: Remember - tomorrow morning will require a laptop setup, which Alec mostly setup this morning, so it should be squared away, just need to plug them in. There is no playlist for this, just the laptop presentation and the print! Please refer to the memo. 

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): This evening, Matthew dropped off both Die Hard and Unbreakable.

Outgoing/Shipping (content): A Few Good Men has not been picked up yet despite scheduling a pickup with Sony earlier this week. Sent a message to those folks in our thread. There's a chance they had a driver go to WB instead. We'll see. 

Print/video Inspection: Inspected all of Unbreakable and the first four reels of Die Hard, so it's more than halfway done and can get finished up tomorrow. 

Added photos to the drive for Conrad!

To do this evening/ was completed: Leon Chase for Hank's Saloon came by to tech his film today. He's super happy with the outcome of his DCP and is really, really excited about the screening.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Buena Vista Social Club is just about sorted for this evening -the hosts did not respond to our request for a good quality video of the Tony Awards performance that we could download, so I found it on YouTube and let them know. I made a DCP, which will likely sound good between 3.5 - 4.5, but we'll have 15min to tech it before we open doors for the show!  Superman playlists built - I swapped out the atmos file that was first ingested and got the regular 7.1 in there! Projection Admin 9/8 Lillian/Will

To do this evening/ was completed: Double confirmed with Chris and folks that the print of Vicious Lips is, in fact, Vampire Lovers. They are in the process of sending Cyborg. I took the Vicious Lips trailer out of the playlists that had them, which we'll replace with Cyborg once it's available.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the playlist for Higher Learning .  Trailer Updates: ^ as per the above, we'll be getting the Cyborg trailer and updated version of the Forecast_A for 9/12 sometime tonight.  Special Events/ AV set up: We got the PA system with wireless mics setup for the show tonight in T2. I went through all the pieces of content for the drag performance(s) and confirmed sound/adjusted a few levels for the music, some of which were way too loud. I double checked/techd the lighting cues and wrote the info into the event memo for easy access (not everything seems to be accurate on the sheet, which I will update on Wednesday).
