Projection Close 2/9 Lillian
To do this evening/ was completed: Got the film schedule tonight before Dead Lover, so I was able to get a good start on the cue sheets for this upcoming week. Almost everything is filled out with the exception of some special event shows and the new feature, GLHFDD, which I have a note about below (in ordering/receiving).
Presentation Issues:
Preshow Clips/Playlist: Double checked the playlist for Dead Lover. Tested the connection again.
Trailer Updates:
Special Events/ AV set up: Will ran a very smooth NoBudge show in T1. Lots of guests, everyone went home happy.
Zoom Q&a went well in T3. lots of questions, quite the participatory audience. I cleaned up the mic (and stand. added it for cristina. when she does shows in T3 try to put a stand in there) and put the speaker back in T2 with its cord.
Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):
Ordering/Receiving (content): Ingested Trouble in Paradise to the LMS
We received the tips slide for The Hunger, along with the content folder and one of the songs we are to attach to the tips slide, but the other song has not yet been added to the folder.
Noticed we did not have Good Luck Don't Die Have Fun on the server, nor was it listed in Deluxe, so I reached out for a content and key delivery eta. Got one of those 'non authorized booking' messages, but they have since approved the booking and will be sending content/keys shortly. Keys are in - keep an eye out for the DCP. Thanks!
Outgoing/Shipping (content): I put Road Games on the drive we received and shipped it back to the Academy Film Service via the information they sent in our thread.
Print/video Inspection:
Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:
Maintenance/cleaning: Just a friendly reminder to make sure that the curtain in T2 is neat when you're working behind there.
Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): I adjusted the formulas for Wuthering Heights and Goat as they were pretty darn off, though Pillion was fine.
