To do this evening/ was completed: Tech'd NoBudge NSF program. Shorts look good, aspect/volume listed on the tech sheet.

Labyrinth good to go this weekend.

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: We will receive the new forecasts on Monday - I'll be on the lookout for them then. - LH

Trailer Updates: Double checked to make sure all trailer volumes are correct in the playlists. - LH

Special Events/ AV set up: We are still waiting on the content for the private event on 3/26, but Chenelle is bumping them to make sure it gets out soon. - LH

Answered some q's about a DCP for a potential screening. - LH

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Waiting on Sony to pickup Riding in Cars With Boys. Alec emailed them. - LH

Maintenance/cleaning: Tried to revive the third TV (this is the one we recently replaced) but it's not working. For tomorrow we can still use the first two and the projector screen for the event. The video I made (Goldie tribute vid) looks great and is 4hrs long, so plenty of time. Matthew will take the TVs (old and replacement) to get fixed soon. Also, I noticed early this morning that the showtimes display board still had last night's final round showing, so I rebooted it. All fine. - LH

To do this evening/ was completed: Leon Chase for Hank's Saloon came by to tech his film today. He's super happy with the outcome of his DCP and is really, really excited about the screening.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Buena Vista Social Club is just about sorted for this evening -the hosts did not respond to our request for a good quality video of the Tony Awards performance that we could download, so I found it on YouTube and let them know. I made a DCP, which will likely sound good between 3.5 - 4.5, but we'll have 15min to tech it before we open doors for the show!  Superman playlists built - I swapped out the atmos file that was first ingested and got the regular 7.1 in there! Projection Admin 9/8 Lillian/Will

To do this evening/ was completed: Double confirmed with Chris and folks that the print of Vicious Lips is, in fact, Vampire Lovers. They are in the process of sending Cyborg. I took the Vicious Lips trailer out of the playlists that had them, which we'll replace with Cyborg once it's available.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the playlist for Higher Learning .  Trailer Updates: ^ as per the above, we'll be getting the Cyborg trailer and updated version of the Forecast_A for 9/12 sometime tonight.  Special Events/ AV set up: We got the PA system with wireless mics setup for the show tonight in T2. I went through all the pieces of content for the drag performance(s) and confirmed sound/adjusted a few levels for the music, some of which were way too loud. I double checked/techd the lighting cues and wrote the info into the event memo for easy access (not everything seems to be accurate on the sheet, which I will update on Wednesday).
