NPP Projection Admin 3/24

We should be getting The Drama through Deluxe tonight, which the cinema team will we watching in Theater 3 tomorrow morning. Please prioritize ingesting this when it comes through.

We've been asked to put "No Kings" up on the marquee for another march on Saturday. We'll coordinate, just putting this on your radar.

To do this evening/ was completed: Two mics set in T3 for tonight.

Went through all Matinee II shorts except for Bent, which we will be receiving a new DCP/file for. All looks and sounds good.

Still waiting on They Will Kill You feature upload. Playlists/scheduling can happen after that.

Print/video Inspection: Teched End Gaged for the Thursday private event in T7. Should be fine, though the sound recording/mixing is a bit of a hack job on this one. I added some volume cues throughout the feature to raise/lower as needed and left a note on the memo (with Will tagged) about this. There may be some requests to adjust the volume the night of. Playlist is built and scheduled.
**I also checked the spots in T7 in case we needed to put new batteries in, but both are working!

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning: I ran a reel of 35mm trailers on both T4 projectors to see if any of the lamp/power issues popped up and they did not. I think we should check them both periodically, since Lillian swapped the power supplies yesterday and we're not having issues we could theoretically see a problem on either P1 or P2. Which projector eventually has problems will help determine what the cause of the issue is.

Unrelated, but I also refocused the lamp on P1 a little bit.

Replaced a ceiling light bulb in T7.

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Cue sheets for next week are set except for Super Mario Galaxy timing and Pieces of April.

To do this evening/ was completed: Leon Chase for Hank's Saloon came by to tech his film today. He's super happy with the outcome of his DCP and is really, really excited about the screening.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Buena Vista Social Club is just about sorted for this evening -the hosts did not respond to our request for a good quality video of the Tony Awards performance that we could download, so I found it on YouTube and let them know. I made a DCP, which will likely sound good between 3.5 - 4.5, but we'll have 15min to tech it before we open doors for the show!  Superman playlists built - I swapped out the atmos file that was first ingested and got the regular 7.1 in there! Projection Admin 9/8 Lillian/Will

To do this evening/ was completed: Double confirmed with Chris and folks that the print of Vicious Lips is, in fact, Vampire Lovers. They are in the process of sending Cyborg. I took the Vicious Lips trailer out of the playlists that had them, which we'll replace with Cyborg once it's available.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the playlist for Higher Learning .  Trailer Updates: ^ as per the above, we'll be getting the Cyborg trailer and updated version of the Forecast_A for 9/12 sometime tonight.  Special Events/ AV set up: We got the PA system with wireless mics setup for the show tonight in T2. I went through all the pieces of content for the drag performance(s) and confirmed sound/adjusted a few levels for the music, some of which were way too loud.
