To do this evening/ was completed: Ingested new forecasts and preshow content. A1 playlists and some SE playlists have been made.

Swordfish back on shipping reels, can get scheduled Sunday night.

New Bent ingested.

Marquee first-runs updated.

Ordering/Receiving (content): Chenelle uber connected us a bunch of Blurays. There are 2 for Monday (one will be Wizard of Oz, another will be 13 Going on 30. Wizard is ripping in T1 - please DCP this as soon as it is done! Thank you!) the next BluRay is for a private event further out (all of these have the dates on them) which is Dirty Dancing. We need to prioritize the first two for Monday. I can start on the second one tomorrow. - LH  UPDATE - Chenelle just informed us it'll just be 13 Going on 30. Will is aware.  One more note! We also got the BluRay for Cecil B Demented, which isn't until later in April. In the 4/6 booth for now. 

Downloading Dead Lover DCP in 4/6 to the Share folder. Please ingest once it is done. Thanks! - LH

Print/video Inspection: Went through all the Snowy Bing Bong shorts with Cristina including what might be the fourth iteration of Bent for NSF26. Everything looks good. - LH

Ran Pieces of April for Desmond and logged the volume

Masking and projector channels are set for They Will Kill You in all theaters.

To do this evening/ was completed: Leon Chase for Hank's Saloon came by to tech his film today. He's super happy with the outcome of his DCP and is really, really excited about the screening.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Buena Vista Social Club is just about sorted for this evening -the hosts did not respond to our request for a good quality video of the Tony Awards performance that we could download, so I found it on YouTube and let them know. I made a DCP, which will likely sound good between 3.5 - 4.5, but we'll have 15min to tech it before we open doors for the show!  Superman playlists built - I swapped out the atmos file that was first ingested and got the regular 7.1 in there! Projection Admin 9/8 Lillian/Will

To do this evening/ was completed: Double confirmed with Chris and folks that the print of Vicious Lips is, in fact, Vampire Lovers. They are in the process of sending Cyborg. I took the Vicious Lips trailer out of the playlists that had them, which we'll replace with Cyborg once it's available.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the playlist for Higher Learning .  Trailer Updates: ^ as per the above, we'll be getting the Cyborg trailer and updated version of the Forecast_A for 9/12 sometime tonight.  Special Events/ AV set up: We got the PA system with wireless mics setup for the show tonight in T2. I went through all the pieces of content for the drag performance(s) and confirmed sound/adjusted a few levels for the music, some of which were way too loud. I double checked/techd the lighting cues and wrote the info into the event memo for easy access (not everything seems to be accurate on the sheet, which I will update on Wednesday). To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Do the Right Thing screening in theater 1 went very smoothly Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Ordering/Receiving (content): Uploaded keys for The Warriors Outgoing/Shipping (content): Contacted DHL and brought  Do the Right Thing downstairs for it to be picked up tomorrow + removed Deep Blue Sea content from the LMS/theater 3 Print/video Inspection: Tech'd Deep Blue Sea in theater 3 this morning (mostly for a laugh) and the 5.5 volume setting is perfect + re-inspected  Do the Right Thing  after the show and cleaned the projectors/shut the exhausts Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Maintenance/cleaning: Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Marquee updated?: Removed the outgoing brunch titles and replaced them with letters for Pavements Posters updated?: Cleaning lights on for the night?: Projection cart by entrance?: Additional Not...
