To do this evening/ was completed:

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Double checked The 5000 Fingers of Dr. T and Hank's Saloon show playlists for tomorrow night's events (for the latter, I removed the one trailer but left the welcome, feature, and Romcom tip clips in place before the NH slide which needed to be added for the intro. I also placed a "server skip to next clip" cue here so be mindful of that and/or remove it if skipping ahead manually is preferred. Take a look at this tomorrow morning and adjust accordingly if necessary)

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Finished the rest of the set up for trivia at Trees Lounge this afternoon (thank you Alec for bringing out the table in advance) and placed everything away after the event ended

Pulp Fiction encore screening in theater 1 this evening went super smoothly + projectors were cleaned/exhausts shut following the show

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Over Your Dead Body one sheets were delivered and stored behind 3/7 + added some more first run titles to the trivia cubby and archive tube

Ordering/Receiving (content):

Outgoing/Shipping (content):

Print/video Inspection: Pulp Fiction is tails out in booth 1 and can be placed back on its shipping reels in the coming days

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Double checked all cues and cross referenced the schedule on the LMS (theater 4 has little to no time between rounds throughout the day so keep an eye on any trouble with playback at the top of each subsequent round)

Cleaning lights on for the night?: Yes

Projection cart by entrance?: Yes

Additional Notes: A closed caption device was used during the second round in theater 5 and later returned to the A/V closet to charge

To do this evening/ was completed: Leon Chase for Hank's Saloon came by to tech his film today. He's super happy with the outcome of his DCP and is really, really excited about the screening.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Buena Vista Social Club is just about sorted for this evening -the hosts did not respond to our request for a good quality video of the Tony Awards performance that we could download, so I found it on YouTube and let them know. I made a DCP, which will likely sound good between 3.5 - 4.5, but we'll have 15min to tech it before we open doors for the show!  Superman playlists built - I swapped out the atmos file that was first ingested and got the regular 7.1 in there! Projection Admin 9/8 Lillian/Will

To do this evening/ was completed: Double confirmed with Chris and folks that the print of Vicious Lips is, in fact, Vampire Lovers. They are in the process of sending Cyborg. I took the Vicious Lips trailer out of the playlists that had them, which we'll replace with Cyborg once it's available.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the playlist for Higher Learning .  Trailer Updates: ^ as per the above, we'll be getting the Cyborg trailer and updated version of the Forecast_A for 9/12 sometime tonight.  Special Events/ AV set up: We got the PA system with wireless mics setup for the show tonight in T2. I went through all the pieces of content for the drag performance(s) and confirmed sound/adjusted a few levels for the music, some of which were way too loud. I double checked/techd the lighting cues and wrote the info into the event memo for easy access (not everything seems to be accurate on the sheet, which I will update on Wednesday).
