Special Events/ AV set up: Set 1.37 masking for Dr. T and set volume. Playlist is updated.

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Ingested the short "Leaf Peeper" for NSF Opening Night to the LMS, downloaded "Long's Long Lost" for Closing Night which is currently unzipping.

Ingested Exit 8 to the LMS and sent it to Theater 3. Cinema team is watching this one on Friday.

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Packed up Pulp Fiction with the return labels provided by HFC and scheduled a FedEx pickup for tomorrow. It's on the cart.

Print/video Inspection:

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning: Cable is stable again in Trees. Thanks to Vlad for running the cables this morning. We now have two options for screening cable in Trees, I tested the one we'd been using (Digital Link) with the new cable run by Vlad and it's working well. The other option is HDMI with a switcher plugged into HDMI 1 on the projector, this will switch between the laptop feed and cable, while the Apple TV for Plex will stay separate on the projector's HDMI 2 input. I'll test the second option tomorrow and let everyone know how it works should we need to use it.

Also, the broken TV above the bar was swapped with a working one yesterday. Thanks to Juan and Stewart for helping me with this!

To do this evening/ was completed: Leon Chase for Hank's Saloon came by to tech his film today. He's super happy with the outcome of his DCP and is really, really excited about the screening.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Buena Vista Social Club is just about sorted for this evening -the hosts did not respond to our request for a good quality video of the Tony Awards performance that we could download, so I found it on YouTube and let them know. I made a DCP, which will likely sound good between 3.5 - 4.5, but we'll have 15min to tech it before we open doors for the show!  Superman playlists built - I swapped out the atmos file that was first ingested and got the regular 7.1 in there! Projection Admin 9/8 Lillian/Will

To do this evening/ was completed: Double confirmed with Chris and folks that the print of Vicious Lips is, in fact, Vampire Lovers. They are in the process of sending Cyborg. I took the Vicious Lips trailer out of the playlists that had them, which we'll replace with Cyborg once it's available.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the playlist for Higher Learning .  Trailer Updates: ^ as per the above, we'll be getting the Cyborg trailer and updated version of the Forecast_A for 9/12 sometime tonight.  Special Events/ AV set up: We got the PA system with wireless mics setup for the show tonight in T2. I went through all the pieces of content for the drag performance(s) and confirmed sound/adjusted a few levels for the music, some of which were way too loud. I double checked/techd the lighting cues and wrote the info into the event memo for easy access (not everything seems to be accurate on the sheet, which I will update on Wednesday).
