Projection Admin 3/12



To do this evening/ was completed: Tomorrow Alec and I will go through and make the masking adjustments for Undertone as I noticed today that it's slightly off of 2.2 and 2.1. We'll be fine to use the 2.2 scope masking pack for this. 

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Tech'd Undertone and Reminders of Him (brought the volume up for Reminders of Him, which is surprisingly on the soft side. 

Built the playlists for Ready or Not 2. 

Trailer Updates: Ingested Mother Mary trailer added it to the 3/13 playlists for Ready or Not 2 (we will update the rest once it is that time). 

Special Events/ AV set up: Setup the mic in T4 with a stand off to the left side for this evening's screening of Dirty, Difficult, Dangerous. Double checked the playlist. We're all set. Just make sure spots are ready and you're all good!

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Ingested the DCPs for Project Hail Mary. 

Ingested 25min, 15min, 5min Jaws preshow. 

Downloaded the following shorts just to keep things moving: Te Amo Tanto (ingested today), Kasey Cartoon (almost done downloading, just needs to be unzipped/ingested). 

We received the feature DCP for Dead Pigs which I am downloading to the Share folder via Aspera. It should be done this evening. 

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Girls About Town got picked up this afternoon. 

Print/video Inspection: Double checked to make sure all shorts in the closing nite program have been ingested to T1 as we're teching tomorrow. 

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Yes. 

Maintenance/cleaning:

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Added the formula for Hail Mary to the new cue sheets for Thursday, next week. Added Thursday showtimes for Hail Mary. 

Marquee updated?: Rain didn't help. We'll have to do an update tomorrow morning. 

Posters updated?:

Cleaning lights on for the night?:

To do this evening/ was completed: Leon Chase for Hank's Saloon came by to tech his film today. He's super happy with the outcome of his DCP and is really, really excited about the screening.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Buena Vista Social Club is just about sorted for this evening -the hosts did not respond to our request for a good quality video of the Tony Awards performance that we could download, so I found it on YouTube and let them know. I made a DCP, which will likely sound good between 3.5 - 4.5, but we'll have 15min to tech it before we open doors for the show!  Superman playlists built - I swapped out the atmos file that was first ingested and got the regular 7.1 in there! Projection Admin 9/8 Lillian/Will

To do this evening/ was completed: Double confirmed with Chris and folks that the print of Vicious Lips is, in fact, Vampire Lovers. They are in the process of sending Cyborg. I took the Vicious Lips trailer out of the playlists that had them, which we'll replace with Cyborg once it's available.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the playlist for Higher Learning .  Trailer Updates: ^ as per the above, we'll be getting the Cyborg trailer and updated version of the Forecast_A for 9/12 sometime tonight.  Special Events/ AV set up: We got the PA system with wireless mics setup for the show tonight in T2. I went through all the pieces of content for the drag performance(s) and confirmed sound/adjusted a few levels for the music, some of which were way too loud. I double checked/techd the lighting cues and wrote the info into the event memo for easy access (not everything seems to be accurate on the sheet, which I will update on Wednesday).
