To do this evening/ was completed: Transferring all the Opening Nite shorts to T1 so that y'all are ready for tech tomorrow. - L

Presentation Issues:
Not an issue, but no one showed up to the first round in T7 (Scream), so we shut it off. - L

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built Project Hail Mary show playlists for the week of 3/20 -WB

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Video intro for Do the Right Thing ingested - this is for Soderbergh MUI6. - L

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): We received the file again for Dead Pigs, which is downloading to the Share folder via Aspera. In addition to this, we received the files for Headless Woman and Stranger by the Lake. Since there's downloads going in 4/6, I am currently downloading Headless Woman to the George Ivan drive in T1. Once that's done, please download Stranger by the Lake to it. Thanks! Deleted some old content on that drive to make space. Ingested the rest of the new Space preshow for Project Hail Mary and updated the playlists. I reached out to John for an update on the first half of Pieces of April, which we have tracking for now (added to the doc) and it should be here later this evening, but please let us know if it is not...these things can get stuck in Jersey! - L

Waiting on Dead Pigs to finish downloading/transferring before I can begin converting Bent to DCP (we are meant to receive the final DCP from the filmmakers but are teching our own converted file? will they not deliver it before our tech?) -WB

Outgoing/Shipping (content):

Print/video Inspection: We received Riding in Cars with Boys this evening, which I began inspecting. Please finish this tonight, it screens tomorrow! It is in good condition, I doubt the rest of the reels will look any different. - L

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Yes. 

Maintenance/cleaning: Will notified me when he was making the rounds that the 1.85 lens file (in T2) was off (only with a 1.85 content image on screen) but not when a test pattern would be onscreen. Dimensions seem fine with those, but I realized when checking the screen file for Flat was mysteriously set to letterboxed...which made it pillarboxed. Not sure how this happened. Adjusted and fixed. Double checked everything. - L

Little over 50 hours left on the lamp in T6. - L

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Yes. 

Marquee updated?: Brunch titles down. Labyrinth up for this coming weekend -WB

Posters updated?: Removed Send Help from the front and put Reminders of Him in its place -WB

To do this evening/ was completed: Leon Chase for Hank's Saloon came by to tech his film today. He's super happy with the outcome of his DCP and is really, really excited about the screening.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Buena Vista Social Club is just about sorted for this evening -the hosts did not respond to our request for a good quality video of the Tony Awards performance that we could download, so I found it on YouTube and let them know. I made a DCP, which will likely sound good between 3.5 - 4.5, but we'll have 15min to tech it before we open doors for the show!  Superman playlists built - I swapped out the atmos file that was first ingested and got the regular 7.1 in there! Projection Admin 9/8 Lillian/Will

To do this evening/ was completed: Double confirmed with Chris and folks that the print of Vicious Lips is, in fact, Vampire Lovers. They are in the process of sending Cyborg. I took the Vicious Lips trailer out of the playlists that had them, which we'll replace with Cyborg once it's available.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the playlist for Higher Learning .  Trailer Updates: ^ as per the above, we'll be getting the Cyborg trailer and updated version of the Forecast_A for 9/12 sometime tonight.  Special Events/ AV set up: We got the PA system with wireless mics setup for the show tonight in T2. I went through all the pieces of content for the drag performance(s) and confirmed sound/adjusted a few levels for the music, some of which were way too loud. I double checked/techd the lighting cues and wrote the info into the event memo for easy access (not everything seems to be accurate on the sheet, which I will update on Wednesday).
